Lakefront Cozy Vacation Rental

Since this person rented this many improvements have been made. We gutted the house and new appliances, flooring and many other features have been updated. This person rented this in September of last year and is just now writing this review. The person has contacted me after their stay thanked me for the stay and being so helpful in the accommodations. I do have proof of all the correspondences we have between him and ?his wife, even though different names were given, which should have been a red flag. They also wrote a nasty remark about VRBO in that they would not even talk about or open a case about getting their money back. I didn’t receive their money into my bank account for almost 7 days, ample time for them to make a dispute. However, as stated nothing bad was remotely communicated. How can someone help someone or make changes when there is no communication to the owner. I have a cleaning crew who charges more than i charge to clean. Things can be overlook, we are all human, but again, how can I have known if I had no knowledge of it until almost 6 months after the fact. The reason this post was made because i had advertised this rental on social media and this mans ?wife different last names blasted my post on social media. I had many people who came to my defense stating how nice my rental was and how helpful we were and accommodating . So, the reasoning I feel for this blast was because we took up for ourselves and didn’t allow him or his ?wife to make us look or feel bad. Again, we are very accommodating and helpful and more than willing to help if at any point what i wrote on this sight was incorrect or not true. Thanks so much!
