Beautifully newly updated 3/1 is situated on 1/4 acre corner lot in desirable loveridge hights (Ballard Park) with just a short walk to the neighborhood boat ramps and waterfront park coffee shops, and dining. Property is just a 5 minutes drive to DT Melbourne, Melbourne airport (MLB), and satellite beach. Hop on your bicycle over to down town Eau Gallie featuring multiple restaurants, waterfront bars and our very own dog friendly brewery. This home boasts vaulted ceilings, crown molding and massive newly renovated kitchen with island range, breakfast nook / work desk, Huge walk in shower, with duel vanity sinks with separate commode. Large living dining area. One car garage, big back patio in rear, with lush tropical landscaping including wild orchids, traveler palms, gingers, an outdoor bar with a built in big green egg grill for grilling out, and pizza oven. Circle drive for easy in out. Side of house offers Paved Storage for your boat or RV, water, and power. Our travel trailer (unoccupied) is stored on a driveway located on side of the home. Guest will have full use of the entire circular driveway that can easily accommodate 5-6 cars with easy in / out access. Should you require additional parking for boat or RV, please let me know in advance so I can accommodate.

Coral Hammock

Loved our stay here. Close to our daughter, the beach and very nice restaurants. Friendly, safe neighborhood. I think it was even better than the pictures show. Will definitely be back.

Great vacation!

We loved the house and it’s location. Short walk to Ballard Park - a hidden gem - for picnic and dolphin watching! Location of house is great - short drive to golf, shopping, beach and restaurants. Host very responsive and accommodating. Check in so easy. Would absolutely recommend.

Nice neighborhood

We came for a sports event so we really didn’t spend a whole lot of time in this Verbo but the time we did spend the neighborhood was quiet, I felt safe. Had a great cottage feel! Had great working appliances We were able to wash and dry our clothes.

Oasis Paradise

We enjoyed the beautiful home and location! Seeing the greenery out every window was so relaxing in this quiet neighborhood. Nearby Ballard Park is also another oasis! Melbourne is a great city. The home has everything you need and the owner Dustin is exceptional and makes you feel like family. We definitely plan on returning.

Wonderful!

I would recommend this beautiful place to anyone! It is clean and roomy, has a nice private yard, is in a good neighborhood with friendly neighbors, is in close proximity to a lot of things to do and places to eat (you can walk to a park and a good coffee shop) and last, but not least, has a great, responsive host. Lovely, Comfortable Home

Dustin’s place was great - very clean, comfortable and well-stocked with necessities. We enjoyed the shady yard. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Dustin was a wonderful host. He responded quickly to questions and requests and was always easy to reach. The location was convenient and check-in and check-out were a breeze. My husband and I enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay there again if we had plans in the area.

Enjoyable time at Coral Hammock

Our stay at this property in March was great. We loved the nice weather coming from a snowy spring at home. The location worked for us as it was within an hour drive of where we wanted to visit like Brevard Zoo, Wickham Park, Titusville, Black Point and Meritt Island National Refuge. We used the provided bicycles almost every day to ride to Ballard Park or one of the close by restaurants/bars. Getting to the beach for sunrise photos was an easy quick drive over the Eau Gallie causeway. Canova Beach was really one of the better set up beach locations. Dustin, the property manager, was very responsive and helpful with anything that came up.

Great ! Wonderful Location!

We spent two months and loved it. The house is very comfortable and had everything we needed. The neighborhood and community are fantastic. We walked and rode bikes to the park every day to relax at the river and watch the dolphins. The host was very attentive and was available to answer any questions. Overall the house is stocked and very clean. We are looking forward to returning next year!

Born in Indiana, my parents dreamt about sailing and Florida sunsets. At the age of two they decided to stop dreaming and start living. My childhood memories almost always included the ocean, fishing, surfing, sailing, and diving. Ready for a change I headed to the mountains of colorado where I taught some snowboarding and met a French girl from a little island in the Indian Ocean that shared my love for action sports. After far too many long distances phone bills and lots of international flight miles we decided to make it official. She studied and studied, and is now Dr. Frenchy, and I helped start a sunscreen company to make the beach and ocean my profession. Now in our 40s, we welcomed Baby Frenchy to the world, but we’re still keeping the adventures going.

Why they chose this property

When we bought this house the first thing that stood out to us was all the amazing molding work, high bead board vaulted ceilings, tons of natural light, and huge kitchen. With lots of work we gradually turned the sand lot of a yard into a lush tropical garden with a variety of gingers, traveler palms, gumbo limbo, bamboos, and tree mounted orchids. The neighborhood is a peninsula with water on 3 sides, and is host to a huge water front park with boat ramps, playground, picnic areas, great fishing, and stunning views.
