Newly Remodel home with gated neighborhood access (across street) to boat ramp and dock on Lake Guntersville. Great for fishermen and family get togethers. Desirably located and just minutes from waterfront bait store and public boat ramps. Spacious tree covered lot with front porch and rear screened in deck for relaxing days. Parking for 4-5 boats with power outlets to keeps those batteries charged. This disinfected 1700 sq/ft spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath has one queen bed and four twin beds. Features large living room, game room, spacious kitchen, two dining areas, washer/dryer, dish washer, fire pit, gas grill, and WIFI.

We enjoyed our stay here. My family and I really loved it! It was so peaceful & relaxing. Lots of fun things to do together at the house and we enjoyed fishing at the pier. Friendly neighbors during our stay also! We will be back sometime!

Really nice place

The house was extremely clean, comfortable beds, and well appointed furnishings. The private boat ramp and dock was very close and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and even had some spices and coffee in the cabinets. Over all a very pleasant place to stay. Highly recommended.

This place was perfect for our fishing trip to Guntersville lake. Couldn't ask for a better setup. Clean and spacious. Pet friendly was a huge plus. The neighborhood private ramp is literally across the road. We will definitely be back!

the host was very accomodating. The place was very clean I loved the decor, very appropriate, and made us feel relaxed which was our goal. Kitchen very well stocked and loved the screened in porch. We had everything we needed and then some. Would definitely recommend this place.

Great getaway!

My husband and I, along with our small dogs, completely loved this place. We were in the country but within a short driving distance to everything we needed. My husband fished everyday and loved every minute. The owner was so easy to deal with. We’d love to return!

The property is well secluded in the back of the overall complex. Quiet area. Private boat ramp was excellent especially during the bass tournament. Will do my best to lodge there again. I appreciate everything the owner provided and look forward to using the property again in the future.

Almost Like Home

We have stayed in several Vrbo listings in various parts of the US. Some were rather expensive, but non were as well furnished as this house. We also had access to a community members only boat ramp and piers. The local residents were very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be making future trips to this listing. Thanks Steve for making our stay so comfortable.

Wonderful Stay

My husband and I had a lovely two week stay in this cozy cabin and enjoyed every moment. The interior is well decorated and very comfortable and also stocked with all the essentials. If you bring your bass boat like we did, you will love the community boat ramp as well as the fact that you are centrally located near quite a few public boat launches. We highly recommend Waterfront Bay (GTO) for your bait/tackle needs that is just up the road. We loved cooking out on the grill and relaxing on the front or the back porch. Steve was easy to communicate with and we will definitely be in touch when we travel this way again.
