Lovely restored Victorian. Everything spotless. Kitchen very nice. Large wrap-around porch for coffee in the morning. Central location - we walked to Lake Eola, and the central business district for the event we were in town for, Owners responsive - although we didn't really need anything - it was all handled.

I absolutely loved my stay here. The peaceful vibe of the house and the charm of the historic neighborhood were exactly what I needed. The front porch and the gorgeous old trees created such a serene atmosphere—I spent a lot of time just soaking it all in. Everything about the home felt calm and welcoming. I’d definitely stay again.

Was great other than couple minor issues

The property listed that it had two bathrooms but there was only 1 full bath and a half bath. There was also a ant infestation in the kitchen. Other than that it was wonderful place and wonderful location.

We loved our stay in this property! It was in an ideal location, the perfect size for the four of us, was beautifully maintained and looked just like it was pictured on the website. It was just perfect!

The place is incredible - real gem of a little private house in the heart of the city. Impeccably clean, very efficient and well designed. Very friendly host as well. If I ever in Orlando again, I won't be looking for another place to stay.

From beginning to end my every expectation was meet. Mitka and her daughter was totally accessible to me for all my individual needs. They took time to put all of the necessary amenities in the home for us and I can’t thank them enough for such a wonderful stay. I will always book with this HOST.

Great stay in downtown Orlando!

Our group of 6 fit comfortably in the house and loved the space!! Parking can be tricky, so try to limit how many cars you bring.
