Summary:
Fantastic Traverse City location! This spacious, bright, and charming 2-bedroom townhouse condo is just off the main strip, within walking distance to everything: restaurants, bars, local shops, beaches, kayak and SUP rentals, a movie theater, walking and biking trails, and festival events. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals if you prefer dining in. The condo also includes a laundry area. Enjoy free, secure parking in the private, attached garage, which comfortably fits two smaller cars.
ALL guests must be 25+ unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
The Space:
Main Floor- Living room (with TV) dining area, open full kitchen, half bathroom.
Upstairs: The primary bedroom has a King bed, full bathroom, large closet, and TV. The guest room has a Queen Bed and full bathroom attached.
Laundry on 2nd floor.
This townhome is 1,560 square feet.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to an attached garage.
Access to the garage can be a tight turn, and some guests have found it difficult to navigate a larger vehicle into it.
The Neighborhood:
State Street is a main east/west corridor through downtown Traverse City, and you'll be right there.
If you walk south on Boardman Ave, you hit 8th Street and a newly developed area of town called NOBO (North of Boardman Lake)
Breweries, shops, TC Public Library, bike shops with rentals are this way, too.

This is an awesome place and the perfect location for experiencing Traverse City. It is clean, large, nicely furnished, and extremely comfortable. It is also quiet and the garage is a nice benefit; our 7-seater SUV fit in with no problems. We were able to walk anywhere in downtown TC and we also enjoyed just hanging out in the unit, with all of its natural light. We would definitely stay here again!!
The house was beautiful and so close to the downtown area of Traverse City. The hosts were very welcoming and provided a nice amount of amenities. Highly recommend staying at this location.

Such a great location with walking distance to all of downtown! We stayed the week of the Cherry Festival and were happy to park our car in the garage and walk everywhere! Property was cute and clean.
