Really great flat in a cool area of Lyon. Often the flats are accessed by dingy halls and stairwells, but this really was the worst. Once upstairs in the damp and darkness, you have to go into what seemed like a cupboard to get to a really scruffy access lobby which was very off putting. Flat itself is lovely, but I didn't realise no tv ( not an issue for us) but no air con was a real problem. The bedroom us squashed in under the mezzanine and the whole room is ridiculously hot. No aircon and just a broken fan which we reported . Cant really leave windows open as street noise and insects. It was in the 30s when we were there, and way way too hot for comfort, which was a shame.
