Located in the town of Rezé, 15 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from city centre Nantes, this picturesque village is known for its strolls through colourful houses and narrow streets.

"La CasaFamilia" is perfect for your stays with family or friends.

On the ground floor of this cosy house, you’ll have access to our master suite. It features a sleeping area with a double bed, a small living area, a work area, a shower, a private bathroom, and a separate entrance.

For your convenience, we also provide a coffee maker, a kettle, a microwave, and a refrigerator.

You can access the upper floors of the house from the outside.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto a large living area, and on the second floor, the other two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds), a bathroom, and a large walk-in closet.

To ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, we provide bed linens, towels, and toiletries.

To make your stay even more enjoyable, you’ll receive a warm welcome with our “Welcome Basket,” filled with products from local suppliers.

We also provide board games and books.

To ensure your safety, both entrances to the rental are equipped with smart locks. No need for a key—just enter a code!
