This beautiful stone house is located in the small village of I?i?i, where there are only a few houses and where you can enjoy the privacy of the quiet surroundings. In the large and fenced garden with olive trees dominates a swimming pool that provides refreshment in the summer. Enjoy the view of the islands of the Kvarner Bay from the covered terrace or relax with a game of billiards. The interior is spread over two floors with external stairs. Upstairs you will find a living room with kitchen and dining area and three bedrooms, while on the first floor there is a playroom in addition to another bedroom and an additional kitchen. From here you can also access the covered terrace, where there is a barbecue.
