About this property

We bought this condo to enjoy the awesome amenities Edgewater, the close location to all the fun attractions and the beautiful Beach. We want you to enjoy it when we’re back home working our day jobs. The best value for your money on the Gulf Coast!

THE LOCATION:
All the amenities of Edgewater Beach and Golf resort! Heated pools make swimming fun all year round! The sunset stroll down the spectacular bright white sand beach will take your breath away. It's only a 10 minute walk over the pedestrian bridge. You're walking distance to tons of fun attractions up and down the beach.

THE SPACE:
Enjoy your balcony overlooking the beautifully manicured tropical palm trees and golf course. Your fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer in unit, and your large living room with a giant flat screen TV makes it easy to forget you're away from home. Your large bedroom with a king and queen bed has direct access to the balcony and a full bathroom. The third bed is full pull out sofa in the living room which offers a separate full bath and shower for the kids.

THE RESORT:
You have so many activities available right on-site including a 11,500 square foot lagoon pool with lush tropical plants, towering palms, waterfalls, a Tiki Bar, a restaurant, and a Splash Zone for the kids on the edge of the beach! The four hot tubs and the 10 other heated pools make swimming a year round activity! Just outside your door are the tennis and pickleball courts as well as the 9-hole golf course that intertwines through the community (separate fees apply for Tennis, Pickleball and Golf). On the beach you will find beach gear and Jet Skis for rent.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
Right outside the resort is the heart of PCB with so many wonderful attractions. The giant Shipwreck Island Waterpark, Gulf World Marine Park, and Pier Park with spectacular dining options are minutes up Front Beach road. Rock’it Lanes is across the street. Ripley’s Believe it or Not, Wonderworks, Go-Carts, Mini-Golf are minutes down Front Beach road the other way.

The Important Stuff:

This rental is located on floor 2 with only Stair access. We provide 1 parking pass for your stay and another can be purchased for $30. Edgewater charges $10.00 per day for the fitness center. Extra fees apply for Tennis, Pickleball, and Golf.

Winter Girls' Getaway

We stayed at this property for 5 days toward the end of February. We enjoyed the sun, and the heated pools on the resort. The location was in a gated community, close to the beach, which was very convenient, and felt secure. The condo had everything we needed to cook simple meals, and the Panama City Beach area offers lots to do.

Disappointed

We love the Edgewater resort and have stayed many times and for the most part we enjoyed our stay. There were two major issues - the door was broken and though it locked there was a gap through to the outside, it felt very unsafe! Also the main tub/shower was filthy and unusable. They offered to clean it but never sent anyone. I’m glad it was a quick trip and we didn’t need the room for very long (only to sleep). Won’t rent this unit again!

As expected

The unit was great! Just what we needed for our vacation. Perfect location and an easy 3 minute drive to get to the beach. Waited for the tram one day but we weren’t very patient and decided to drive.
