Beach Front Condo with Endless Gulf Views!
This condo is on the 11th Floor with amazing full view of the Gulf of Mexico. Bring binoculars to watch the dolphins and other sea life right from the balcony.
NEW: Refurbished tennis court with pickleball lines.
Beach chairs with umbrella included with stay during March through October (a$40 per day value included with your stay).
We are right ON the beach, just an elevator ride down to the sand. Three outdoor pools and decking area to relax.

Our condo is on the 11th floor and has a spectacular view of the Gulf and the beautiful white sandy beach. Enjoy one of the best views in PCB from the balcony and living area. There are three gulf-side pools (one is heated, November - March). You will have access to the fitness center.
Parking Pass: $30 payable on arrival.
Wristbands: $6 per guest.
Restaurants and entertainment are within walking distance. Pineapple Willies is next door. Shopping and entertainment are all within walking distance: Walmart, Wonder Works, Ripley's Believe It or Not, Golf and much more.
NEW Entertainment/Food Zone: 810 Billiards & Bowling across the street at Laketown Wharf.
The condo sleeps four. There is a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living area.
Maximum number of guests is four per HOA rules.
One registered guest must be age 25 or older to stay.
Linens and towels provided.

I am a retired teacher and my wife is retired from the medical profession. We live in the Atlanta area and love the beach. The sand here is perfect and so is the view.
Why they chose this property
Sunbird is a smaller, quieter complex than many at PCB. The condo is right on the beach!!! No obstructed views whatsoever. We love to watch the water change colors along with the sky throughout the day - sunrises and sunsets. We also love to see pelicans fly by at eye level as well as all the beach activity such as kite surfing. The property only has 12 units per floor which keeps hallway noise to a minimum.
