Drew, the property manager, was great! He was responsive and went out of his way for us. The property is beautiful, just as advertised. We were extremely comfortable. There are stairs which my knees didn’t love, but the home was lovely and very modern. The master shower was great! We would absolutely recommend staying there.
Went to visit college student and brought family along for the weekend. Attended a football game and had wonderful food. This house is so cute and has everything you need to feel like you are at home. Will always pick this spot when we visit.
We were in town for a tennis tournament. The house is great, very clean and plenty of space. We really appreciated the clean linens that were available. Highly recommend and would stay there again!
The house is very clean. Had all the necessities that was needed at the end of the day to relax after a hard day of work. Check in and check out was easy. Homeowner was easy to work with. I recommend this property when in the area
This is a great location, very quiet, comfortable and clean.
Had enough space for our daughter to stay with us on the first night of MTSU move-in, before she was unpacked. Too bad it is already booked for our next visit or we would book it again.
Wonderful stay at a beautiful property. We have a family of 6 with varying needs from small children to teens & seniors. This location accommodated us perfectly with convenient access to highlights in murfreesboro like the discovery center & sports complex with boro beach swim park as well as being located a short drive from the popular nashville sights too. They house was modern, clean, well supplied to cover basic needs, & had great wifi service & amenities. We loved to private patio and the all around peace & quiet of the property. The property owner was friendly, prompt, & efficient with all communications related to our stay, although we didn't need to communicate much because all of our needs were met throughout our stay with zero issues. We were visting family in the area & would definitely stay here again for our future visits.
Chose this home as a quiet weekend retreat to meet up with friends as we mostly wanted to just catch up and visit. Drew’s home looked like a great choice and although we were hesitant because of the stairs, decided to give it a try. The home is tucked back off of the street among other townhomes. It was a pretty quiet area. First impression was that the entry way could do with a good sweeping, however once we got inside, things were pretty tidy. The home is attractively decorated but the living space was much smaller than we anticipated with really only comfortable seating for two so the men sat on the couch and the women at the kitchen table or outside on the patio weather permitting. The kitchen/dining room table was decoratively set but we needed the dishes for our group of four. We were unsure if it was okay to dismantle the table-setting but did. The owners were very generous with the supply of coffee pods! Everything was in great working order in the kitchen but there were no kitchen cloths. We ended up using a kitchen towel as a kitchen cloth to wipe the table and counters as well as one for a hand towel in the half bath because there were none. Master bedroom was comfortable but we couldn’t get the TV to work and couldn’t resolve it with the owner. The bathrooms were pretty clean except for rugs. Pretty nice property with the exceptions noted; maybe not the set up for seniors who just wanted to visit but certainly good as a home base for an active family.
Everything about this stay met expectations. I would stay here again if in the area. The property photos and description are accurate and communication was a breeze.
Job well done.
I was so impressed with this place! Very modern, very spacious. We were there for college registration for my daughter so we were nervous all around. Choosing this property made us feel at home and relaxed...We did not want to leave! We will definitely be a returning customer.
I had planned on giving the owners of this property a good review until checkout. If you ever stayed at a VRBO, before checkout, you are required to do a small amount of cleaning before you leave the property. For example, taking out the trash, placing the dishes in dishwashers etc. One of the request was the removal of the bed sheets from the beds. Niether of the beds had mattress covers which was surprising. What made this so horrible was what we discovered after removing the sheets in one of the guestroom. It was the biggest, most disgusting stains you could ever imagine in the middle of one of the mattress. It looked like something out of a CSI episode! I could not distinguish what could have made such a stain, at this point, i don't want to know, but i was outraged that the mattress hadn't been replaced. Then to realize, my family member had been sleeping on it this entire time. I know they knew about the stain because the cleaning crew would have saw it while changing the sheets. I contacted the owners of the property as soon as we discovered the stain. No one ever contacted me back or apologized for allowing this to happened. That being said, im pretty sure the next group that rents this property will be sleeping on this same disgusting stained mattress. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know, if you are renting your home out to various individuals, at least use mattress covers. I won't be back!
Property is clean and very nice. Had everything we needed. Well stocked kitchen. Only complaint would be that it's not very dark in the master bedroom due to thin blinds and outdoor light that doesn't turn off. Would absolutely stay here again.
Location is great, a few minutes walk to the square and all its businesses and restaurants. Very quiet neighborhood. Unit is comfortable, well-stocked kitchen for cooking meals, nice beds and baths, holiday pillows made for nice atmosphere, full-size w/d. Could have been just a bit cleaner (old coffee was still in the carafe), but decent. Would recommend.
My daughter graduated from MTSU, and we had family arriving from several states. We had 5 people staying in the VRBO, and another 8 who were staying at the hotel. We brought extra chairs so between the kitchen table and the seating at the island we all could eat together.
There are spaces for four cars in the garage and driveway so we parked the extra cars on Gayle LN, with no issues. Sorry the pizza delivery guy blocked your neighbors across the way for few minutes.
The jack and jill bathroom could use some more places to hand towels. Maybe some hooks on the wall behind the left sink.
Everybody had a wonderful time, and it was great having a place for the whole family to gather.
This was a fantastic place to stay. Close to all amenities. We enjoyed a wedding in Beechgrove and also took in a day on broadway in Nashville. This was a great place to be right in the middle of those destinations. Definitely would recommend staying here. Everything was perfect!!
The property was as advertised. Well maintained, clean and spacious. Was a great central location to tour the northern (Nashville and Franklin) and southern (Lynchburg, Tullahoma and Leiper's Fork) distilleries on the TWT, and Murfreesboro was a great town to get to know.
This is the first time I have used VRBO. We were there for a family wedding in Beechgrove. Drew was easy to communicate with and he was able to accommodate our request to check in a little early as we were arriving two hours before the rehearsal and needed to change and get ready after our 8 hour drive. Everything was wonderful! Clean and spacious. Very nice appliances. Bottled water was there for us in addition to coffee and even sugar. We felt like we were staying with family. Thanks Drew for everything!! We will definitely stay again! Easy drive to Nashville!
A group of friends and I were in Murfreesboro for a conference. This house was the perfect place to stay while we were in town. Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Drew was easy to communicate with and very friendly. Highly recommend staying here, and we hope to come back!
The house was amazing, we loved the layout and the host went above and beyond on stocking the house with essentials. We will definitely be staying there again.
Place seems brand new! And very clean. Huge master bed suite. Two good size additional bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bath. Full laundry room. They supply bottled water and a computer to use (I think, we didn’t use them)! It would like being back in high school and staying at a rich friends house when his parents were out of town!
The only negative to the place is, if you have trouble climbing stairs, all bedrooms are on the second floor. And the only way up (unless there’s a cool secret elevator, which wouldn’t surprise me because this place is so cool) is a steepish, long staircase without a landing in the middle. It could be difficult to traverse. But that would be the ONLY reason not to stay in this place.
