In the commune of Ménil, we offer you this charming air-conditioned Vosges chalet with mountain and plain views, with a total surface area of 70 m², which can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It comprises a pretty 35 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 400 m² landscaped garden below the chalet. Bed linen and towels provided - we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- 35 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190)

Exterior:
- A beautiful 400 m² fenced and landscaped garden below the chalet
- A balcony of approx. 10 m², accessible from the living room, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- A 12 m² terrace
- A small 9 m² terrace

The house is ideally located in Le Ménil, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private parking lot in front of the chalet (2 vehicles).

- Nearest train station: Remiremont 27.5 km (approx. 30 min. by car)
- Nearest airport: Bale-Mulhouse-Fribourg 90 km (approx. 1h20 by car)
