Centrally located, you'll be less than 5 minutes from the Buc's Stadium, 10 minutes to downtown, within 25 minutes from St Petersburg, and within 30 minutes to the beach.

As pictured on the inside…

The listing looks just as pictured and it was exactly what we needed to sleep, have breakfast and get ready for the day. Easy drive to Hyde Park and University of Tampa. A few things to consider… the entrance is on the side of a townhouse located above a garage. Yes, you can hear the garage open and vehicles pull in. The walkway was mud, not a paved path and was located behind a high wooden fence. I have to admit, I did not always feel safe. Pack lightly, you have to carry your luggage up 18 stairs.! One other point of interest you may want to know, run the shower 15 to 20 minutes before you need hot water. Other than that, it’s a cute little apartment for no more than two people.

Couldn’t get over the smell

While the place had just about everything I needed, the first thing that hit me when I walked in was the smell of urine on one of the rugs (if not all 3), likely from the last 4-legged guest. The effectiveness of the stove is limited to medium heat, which unfortunately was not enough to make my crispy hash browns for breakfast. The neighborhood is quiet and quaint and I usually had the perfect parking spot on the street, but the street parking filled up on Friday night because of nearby bars.
