The Residence is located at the foot of the Espace San Bernardo ski area, an international area which links La Rosière to Italy and which offers 160 kilometers of slopes of all levels.
Access to ski schools and the departure of the ski lifts are directly from the residence and all shops are nearby. Surface area : about 46 m². 3rd floor. View ski slopes. Living room with balcony, pull-out sofa (2 couchages 80x190). Bedroom with 2 twin beds (90x200). Bedroom with double bed (140x190). Kitchenette with oven, dishwasher, microwave, 2 vitroceramics cooking rings, fridge. Bathroom with bath-tub. Separated WC.
