Chickadee Landing is a spacious (991 sq ft), fully furnished renovated 1-bedroom apartment tucked away in a lovely residential neighborhood in historic Lexington, MA. Comfortable and private, it features a separate entrance, full kitchen with all new appliances and granite countertops, workspace for a home office and ample off-street parking. The apartment is located on the garden level (we live on the second floor). Whether you are on an extended business trip, transitioning to a new home, or just looking for a place to stay a while, Chickadee Landing offers a wonderful home base.

The kitchen is equipped with a full size fridge, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, as well as a washer and a dryer in-unit. Bedroom has a queen bed and generous closet space. The apartment has AC (window units). Private bathroom has a tub / shower combination.

All Utilities are included. High Speed Internet. Free WiFi.

Security: Outdoor security camera facing the driveway / road.

Food Shopping: We are 5 min away from Stop & Shop (1.7 mile), 6 min from Whole Foods (2.4 miles), 9 min from Market Basket and H-Mart (4 miles), and 10 min from Wegmans (4.1 miles).

We are conveniently located to Minuteman Bikeway (1.5 miles), Hartwell Avenue (1 mile), Burlington Mall (3.9 miles). We are only 3.2 miles to Lexington Center and 2.5 miles to Bedford Center, where you will find many local shops, restaurants, historic sites, art galleries, town libraries and more.

Great place in Lexington

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this clean & spacious apartment in Lexington. The kitchen is well equipped with excellent appliances and everything needed to make your stay enjoyable. The convenient location is quiet and attractive. But most importantly, the hosts are kind and accommodating ensuring a pleasant stay.

A Fantastic Experience!!!

I can not express enough of how wonderful of an experience I had!! I stayed here for 12 weeks as I was looking for a place nearby for a summer job opportunity and I struck gold finding this place! Irina and Vincent go above and beyond to make your stay as enjoyable as possible and they are literally so sweet and thoughtful! The place was extremely clean, private, had all of your necessary amenities (and way more!), was in an EXTREMELY safe neighborhood, and the scenery was beautiful! I'm definitely going to miss staying here and to anyone that may be on the fence about staying here, definitely do it because you won't regret it! I wish I could rate this experience higher than 5 stars because they definitely deserve it!!!

Excellent Property!

This property in Lexington is in a quiet, wooded neighborhood and is hosted by owners whose attention to detail is excellent. It was the perfect spot to spend the summer while working nearby at an internship. The apartment is thoughtfully equipped with new and quality appliances. The kitchen has plenty of utensils and cookware, and the washer/dryer was very convenient. The decor is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The apartment has its own entrance off of the driveway with space to park a car and is perfect for a single or a couple. The bedroom is large, has great closet space, and AC. We can't say enough about the perfect set-up of this rental; it was far and away the best VRBO space that we have encountered. The best part was the attentive and welcoming hosts who went above and beyond to be sure everything about the experience was fabulous. Thank you for hosting, Irina and Vincent!

Wonderful property!

My husband and I just enjoyed spending three months here. The property is just as described with a fully equipped kitchen with all stainless steel appliances. It has a nice, open family room and dining area. The bedroom is quite large with a new, very comfortable queen bed and two large closets. There are also two more closets in the family room/dining area. Plenty of storage! The bathroom is also good sized. On checkin, the property was very clean and nicely decorated. Biweekly cleaning service is also included. The owners, Irina and Vincent, couldn’t have been any nicer. They went out of their way to make our whole experience terrific! You couldn’t ask for a more convenient location. It is five minutes to both Interstate 95 and Route 3, on the Bedford/Burlington lines. Everything you could possibly want, from grocery stores, to a wide range of restaurants and the Burlington Mall are minutes away. There are many walking/biking trails nearby as well. The best part, though, is that the property is in a very quiet neighborhood in a cul-de-sac with plenty of parking. I couldn’t recommend this property more highly!

This stay was warm and welcoming~ I strongly recommend!

I rented this lovely apartment as a short-term lease during the fall months of 2021. This private apartment is a beautiful, cozy, and private space located in the lower level of the homeowner's house. The space was fully furnished and came with all the necessary amenities, and anything that was not there was happily provided by Irina and her husband. The 2 of them have created a welcoming environment, and they were very attentive to any and all needs that had to be met during my stay. The apartment is located in a safe and quiet Lexington neighborhood and is in great proximity to grocery stores and other various attractions. This was an amazing stay and it served as a great start to me living independently for the first time. I would strongly recommend this space to anyone looking to rent short-term in the Lexington area!
