In a quiet, sunny, elevated position residential area (villas), traffic calmed area, 7 km from the sea, 7 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: beautiful terraced garden (fenced), swimming pool (4 x 8 m, depth 90 - 190 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking (for 2 cars). Bus stop 7.4 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
"Villa Jilian", 4-room villa 118 m2. Spacious and bright, very comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with satellite TV, digital TV, international TV channels, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Exit to the terrace, to the swimming pool. 1 room with 1 french bed (150 cm, length 190 cm), bath/bidet/WC, air conditioning and forced-air heating. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with bar. Bath/bidet/WC. Barbecue, deck chairs. Goede ligging met mooi uitzicht over het natuurgebied. Heerlijk zonnig terras. Wel wat verbeterpunten qua buiten stoelen , veel losse zwembadtegels die los op het terras lagen, pannen en salontafel. Paar zaken waren kapot maar overal fijne vakantieverblijf.

Magnífico chalet, bien equipado, con vistas fantásticas. Una pequeña pega y una recomendación: El sol por la tarde no da en la zona de la piscina lo que limita algo su uso. Llegar a la vivienda la primera vez no es fácil, recomendaría que una persona de la inmobiliaria acompañará a los clientes la primera vez

Le lave vaisselle est très petit et ne fonctionne pas très bien malgré un nettoyage avec produit que nous avons fait Des fissures apparaissent sur les murs extérieurs, les balustrades doivent être repeintes, et un ravalement ou nettoyage extérieur doit être fait. Il n'y a pas de placard à balais. Le four ne fonctionne pas malgré l'intervention d'un technicien Le wifi est un peu aléatoire Batterie de cuisine un peu juste, absence de bac à glaçons Transats cuits par le soleil

Haus soweit in Ordnung. Kleinigkeiten müssten repariert/erneuert werden. Bestecke teilw.. verrostet, Duschhalterungen, Handtuchhalter defekt, etc. Objekt-Alarm ging aufgrund eines Kurzschlusses an - defekte Kaffemaschine - und konnte nicht abgestellt werden. Hotline konnte nicht helfen, Büro am Monte Pego war erst nach 90 Minuten (ab 10.00 h ) zu erreichen. Büro wusste dann Code und somit konnte die Alarmanlage wieder abgestellt werden. Bis dorthin war die ganze Nachbarschaft und wir selbst fer

- Lage schön - Haus schön - Reaktionszeit von Interhome sehr schnell Was nicht schön war, war die fehlende, bzw. mangelhafte Ausstattung. Topfuntersteller, Schneebesen und Wasserkocher fehlten ganz. Wäscheständer viel auseinander und der neu gelieferte verlor schon beim Aufstellen seine Teile. Hier wurde am falschen Ende gespart.
