This spacious family friendly villa directly across from the 5600 sf resort clubhouse is the perfect place to make lasting memories for an unforgettable Orlando vacation for your friends & family. The villa is located less than 10 mins from numerous restaurants, shopping & less than 20 mins to your favorite Disney attractions.

There is a Mickey & Minnie themed room, a SOCCER room, & a children's playroom with chalkboard wall.

Step out onto the large and airy pool deck with electric BBQ grill, outdoor dining, heated swimming pool and relaxing spa.

1st Floor: Queen Bedroom, 1 bathroom, game room, large kitchen, living room with Roku TV, dining, children's playroom, pool & spa and laundry room with washer/dryer.

Family Getaway

This house is comfortable and spacious with a well maintained private pool! Plus, the resort pool/water slide are just a short walk away. Most importantly, the host is very attentive and quick to answer questions. We could tell that she truly cares about the guests’ experience at her home.

Perfect Spring Break Getaway

This was a perfect spring break getaway. Everything at the property was exactly like the online pictures. The ease of check in was awesome. I received everything in a timely manner. The owner was very responsive and answered all of my questions quickly and efficiently. If I’m every in the area again I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home

This home is exactly like what you see in the listing. The house has all you need for a great stay and the pool and hot tub area are perfect. Melaine is the best host and so responsive to any and all questions no matter what time. The resort is beautiful and so nice to take an evening walk. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Beautiful Home/Amenities

This home is phenomenal! Everything was clean, up to date, spacious, and did I say CLEAN. When I say we had an awesome time here, that's an under statement. The hostess reached out to make sure we made it in safely. She was constantly checking in to make sure things were going good (it wasn't a over kill). I appreciated that. Beautiful home, beautiful resort

We stayed here for a week. The check in was contactless and quick/easy. I can’t say enough about the owner! She made sure we arrived safely, and quickly answered any messages we left her. We had a small issue with the pool/spa, and within minutes of messaging her, she replied and got it fixed. We loved all the space the house offered as well! We shared the home with my parents, so it was really nice having space to spread out. My 2 year old loved the little play room, and my older kids loved the decor in the bedrooms. I really enjoyed the big maste rooms, the pool, the 2 living rooms. We will definitely rent this home again.

The owner was very responsive and helpful. Nice house. Quiet neighborhood. Very family friendly. I loved that the house was across the road from the community center with the playground and pool area. Friendly staff. Enjoyed the area. Plenty of shopping and food. Close enough to the parks for convenient access. Highly recommend.

Great property

The house was perfect for our needs. It was clean with ample space for the family. Our children loved the pool and hot tub out back. The owner is attentive and answers questions within minutes. The community amenities were a great treat as well. The slide and lazy river were a real hit with our 2 and 3 year olds.

Home away from home

We had an amazing family vacation (4 adults and 3kids) in this beautiful home. This house is so clean, beautiful and spacious it’s exactly as shown in the pictures and YouTube video. The kids love the pool, outdoor seating and game room. The house is fully equipped with everything you need and a mean everything “air fryer, grill and electric kettle, towels name it it’s there. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for an amazing getaway. Definitely a 5 star property!

I am a soccer mom who enjoy traveling to soccer meets with my son. My favorite places that we have traveled so far was to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Portugal and Mallorca, Spain! What a great experience!

I want all my guests to experience a relaxing and great vacation when they come to the Palm Villa and build lasting memories to cherish forever with friends and families.

Why they chose this property

This house is recently updated and has all the amenities of home. The location close to the clubhouse will make it convenient for you to enjoy everything that the Resort has to offer (large pool, lazy river, waterslide, on-site café for food and drinks). With less than 20 minutes away from all the Disney attractions and conveniently located to great shopping and restaurant, this house will provide you with the ultimate getaway. Families with smaller children also love this unique children's playroom with a chalkboard wall. Kids need to enjoy their vacation too, right?

What makes this property unique

The proximity to the clubhouse and the location on a smaller street within the resort community was one of the reasons for choosing this house. I liked how open the 1st floor was especially for a large family. I especially love the kitchen and all the counterspace and cabinets as I love to cook! This is one of the favorite parts of the house for me! And of course the pool and the jacuzzi. Not all houses in the resort have a jacuzzi/spa. After a long day of exploring the Orlando/Disney area, what better way to soak, unwind and rejuvenate!
