This charming modern farmhouse has 3 bedrooms and three full baths this spacious 3k sq ft home is spacious can easily accommodate 12 guests. With the open floor plan with a living room, outdoor patio, and private splendid pool with hot tub/spa this home is perfect for big family gatherings. Tranquil location with easy access on well-paved roads just off Highway 289 and 15 miles to Frisco. Min to Celina downtown.

Our check-in process was very easy following the directions from the host, who was very responsive any time I reached out. We had our daughter’s surprise 13th birthday party sleepover here and the girls had a blast swimming, enjoying BBQ by the pool, and all the farm animals. This house was spacious for all the girls and our family and friends.

Thanksgiving at the Farm House

Our family had a wonderful stay at the farm house. The property was just as advertised and better. The highlight of our stay was waking up every morning to collect the eggs for our breakfast and feed and play with Leo the farm dog. Highly recommend for a family get together away from it all but yet conveniently located to the main town of Celina. Hoping to be back again one day!

We stayed here a little over a week ago for my birthday party with my parents and about a dozen teenagers, and the property is absolutely beautiful. The owner is very quick to reply to any messages or questions we had which made our stay even better. The dogs are very sweet and Victor even let us take eggs from the coop to take home. One thing though, the pool was not clean when we got there for check in during the day, but with the help of the owner and our own efforts, it was clean enough to swim in the same night. Regardless, the property is very spacious and has just about everything you need to have the perfect get away, an overall amazing experience.

Spectacular Farmhouse In Celina Texas

We enjoyed our son’s 21st birthday in Celina. The farmhouse was spectacular, incredible, spacious, and beautiful. Definitely an iconic event and a wonderful place to host it. The Perfect Place for Our Family!

We absolutely loved staying here for the weekend! We enjoyed the private pool and seclusion of the large property. Our kids loved interacting with Leo the farm dog, the goats, and the chickens. Our daughters loved collecting eggs for breakfast. Victor responded quickly and addressed all our needs. We were sad to leave and hope to return to this cute farm house next time we’re in town!

Family getaway

We all had a blast at this wonderful farmhouse!! The outdoor spaces and views absolutely make this property!! We were out on the huge back patio/deck morning, noon, and night. The sunsets were incredible and we loved gathering fresh eggs and wandering with the goats and sweet farm dog, Leo!! The property manager is very responsive and generous.

This property was extremely disappointing and was absolutely not cleaned to a reasonable or safe standard before our arrival. The inside and outside of the house were filthy. We had to clean the entire house ourselves before we even felt comfortable sitting down, including washing dishes, wiping down walls, ceilings, hard surfaces, and other areas that should have been handled long before guests arrived.The hot tubs never worked during our stay, and the pool was disgusting. Victor did eventually send a pool cleaner, but not until 3 days into our 4-day trip, and even after that, the pool still was not clean. The grills were also dirty, rusting, and not in usable condition without cleaning. We had to clean and season the flat top ourselves before it felt safe to cook on.The owner blamed the cleaning crew, but based on the condition of the home, this was not a one-time missed cleaning. It looked like the property had not been properly cleaned or maintained in months. He also stated that stained bedding was okay because it was “clean, just stained,” which was not acceptable to us.We left the property cleaner than it had been in a very long time and almost suitable for the next guest. Unfortunately, this was not the clean, safe, or relaxing rental experience we paid for. I would not recommend this property unless major cleaning, maintenance, and management issues are addressed.

We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. However, we would like to clarify several points regarding your stay. On the day of your arrival, there was significant rain and high wind, which caused the pool area to become dirty and affected the surrounding outdoor spaces, including the grills. The pictures referenced were taken before the rain and wind. Despite the weather conditions, we went to the property the same evening to clean the pool, grills, and surrounding outdoor areas. Regarding the pool, we made every effort to address the issue promptly despite ongoing weather conditions. The pool and surrounding areas were cleaned after storm-related debris accumulated. We would also like to clarify that the reservation did not disclose that a graduation party would be hosted at the property, including use of the pool area for an event. Additional guests attended beyond the number declared in the booking, and no event fee was paid. Despite this, we did not charge any additional fees for hosting the graduation gathering or for the extra guests. Additionally, a pet was added at the last minute during the stay, but the required pet fee was not paid. We still accommodated this without charging additional fees at that time. We take cleanliness and maintenance concerns seriously and always work to address issues when brought to our attention. We strive to provide a positive experience for all guests and appreciate feedback that helps us improve.
