This village, located 20 minutes from Montpellier, will allow you to spend a quiet holiday while enjoying the activities of Montpellier city centre and the surrounding beaches.

The house is composed as follows:
-A south-facing exterior offering a terrace, a sofa/relaxation area, a 7m x 3m swimming pool, a petanque court, a dartboard and a bioclimatic pergola to get in the shade in case of high heat.
-Inside, you will be seduced by the kitchen open to the living room.
Two bedrooms with double bed, one of which is a master suite.
A toilet on the ground floor and another upstairs.
The house is fully equipped with air conditioning in all rooms (living room and both bedrooms).
Space for two cars in front of the house.
