My wife and I loved our stay here. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The host always answered our emails right away. Our favorite part was that there were two bikes for us to use and we found that there were many places a short distance away that were easy to get to on the bikes. Often at rentals where things like bikes or games are advertised they don’t actually work, but these two bikes were in good working order and we appreciated that. We’d love to stay here again someday.

Fun loft with unique decor quality King mattress and garden was a plus. Only had a toaster oven and microwave for cooking, bikes needed adjustment and couldn't get the washer/dryer to dry.Dated noisy A/C wall unit and windchime was annoyance. Toiletries were a pleasant and beach supplies were a nice touch!

The Nest is a studio with a small kitchenette. Here is a list of things that we provided for our guest. * toaster oven * crockpot * air fryer * blender * coffee maker * salt and pepper * olive oil * more than enough coffee creamer and sugar * water The washer dryer combo is a European style washer dryer. There is a manual in the cabinet. And guests are free to communicate with me about any questions they may have at any time. As for the bicycles, we are booked frequently and if there’s an issues , I am easy to reach at all times. The AC unit works great. Communication is key to the best experience. My husband and I are retired and home and easy to reach in person or through VRBO We are happy to make sure that our guest experience is the very best.

Very comfortable place with nice touches from the hosts. We enjoyed taking the bikes along the nearby Pinellas trail to Honeymoon Island SP and then into Dunedin for a few brew pub stops. An unexpected bonus was the local watering holes only one block away (especially after a full day of biking). Molly's had some fat oysters and excellent "locals" vibe. Mark and Susan were lovely hosts. Excellent communication.
