Let me start by saying that I am a very understanding person, but this was beyond reproach. The villa we reserved and paid for, was not the villa present to us when arrived. The host claimed his English was limited and spoke between French and broken Spanish! The toilets were backed up or running. He stated he’d have it fixed the next day, no one ever came. When it rained, the bottom portion of the house flooded from the roof, with rain water traveling from the ceiling to the floor creating the flooding. This has to be an old known issue that was never fixed! All the towel were old and smelly, had to buy our own. Just an overall bad experience. The water level in the pool was low so we didn’t use it… just terrible! Stay away from this rental property and company!
