Thank you, it was a pleasure hosting you and we would love to have you back anytime. We agree, with Nordic skiing out the back door and Peak 8 two bus stops up the hill it makes it pretty easy and desirable location.
We stayed here over the Labor Day Weekend and had a great time. The house was just as pictured, great location and the check in process was seamless. Jason was extremely responsive and it made for a very smooth stay.

Thank you clay! In the summer this location is amazing with hiking trails right out the back. In the winter those trails are nordic ski trails. We would love to have you back anytime.
This was a great location. Very close to peak 8 base and right in the cross country runs. We were able to snowshoe right outside of our condo around beautiful trails.
The condo was well equipped with everything we needed.
I would stay there again!!

Thank you Audrey, it was great that your family could get out here for a full week and enjoy Breckenridge. The snowshoe trails turn into hiking trails in the Summer and a lot of people come out to Breckenridge to beat the heat. We would love to have you back sometime. Thanks for staying with us.
We live in Texas and our daughter and son-in-law live in Colorado. We wanted to have a weekend together where we could ski, snowmobile and just enjoy the snow. This location was an amazing place for us to gather. It was also great because we were able to bring their dog with us.

Thank you for your kind review! We’re glad to hear that you found the condo clean and well-equipped. We strive to ensure that our guests have a comfortable stay, and we’re happy we could address the small water issue quickly.
If water runs continuously for 90 minutes as a safety with frozen pipes it shuts off. From talking to my team that is what happened with a dripping sink. Your feedback is greatly appreciated, and we hope to welcome you back for another stay soon!
This place had such a convenient location to everything we wanted to do…unfortunately, the winter storm meant we didn’t get to do a lot of it. Luckily the house was comfy and cozy, we were able to have a lovely time holed up inside. Everything was clean, kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, honestly have absolutely 0 complaints!

Chelsea, let's get you back again during a non-storm cycle. Thanks for taking good care of the place and you are welcome anytime. Summers are pretty amazing too with this location the forest behind the home turns into a full trail network for hiking and wildlife. Travel safe.
Fantastic stay! Great location 400 ft. Away from the free mountain shuttle. Could also walk to peak 7 and 8 if you’re up for it. 3 minute drive to the center of downtown. Spacious lodge with lots of living space. We’ll stocked kitchen. Property manager went above and beyond to coordinate anything we needed. Very helpful and hospitable. I would highly recommend this stay.

David, thank you for staying with us and we are glad we could help you have a great trip to Breckenridge. We are starting to book out for Summer and have a few monthly options. Feel free to reach out before you book to see what we have available. Travel safe.
The location of the house is great! It's a short walk to the shuttle or a short drive to the skier drop off at Peak 8...it's perfect for 2 families of 4. Each family had a master and a room for the kids. 3 1/2 bathrooms also.
We were very impressed with Jason (Alpine Outposts)...he was very attentive and responded immediately to our questions. He also sent us a ton of helpful information to help prepare for our trip. 5 stars for him!

Kris, thank you so much for the kind words. We love helping guest get the most out of Breckenridge get to explore town like a local.
We welcome you back any time, thank you and travel safe.
The location and the communication w the manager was excellent. Nice large common area.
The property did not warrant a 5 star review.
Kitchen is not well equipped. the few drawers were full of items and all the shelves were piled with all sorts of stuff. Heating was erratic. Tatar was set to 70 but temp would go to 76. Garage was too small for our car.Main floor bath door was difficult to shut and toilet seat is old and stained.

Dennis, sorry we didn't meet your expectations, this is a FIRST for us.
Regarding cabinets, we have a pay it forward policy on non-perishable goods and you are welcome to use them. That is why you might have seen cans of soup, etc. in the cabinets. Rather than waste the unopened food that is non-perishable we keep it for the shelf life and welcome you to any of it. The same with condiments and things like syrup an olive oil.
The trick with heated floors is to adjust them one degree at a time. We know this house will hold a perfect temp with this strategy as this house sits empty 200 days a year and holds evenly. When you raise it up too much, you get the cement slab too hot, and then it can radiates heat for days. One degree at a time will get you to your destination temperature. If you set it at 80 it will not get to 72 any faster. Next time give us a call and we can walk you through backing it off, we have a trick for that too.
Regarding the garage, the door is 8ft tall and 7ft wide. I will measure the depth next time. It certainly will not fit a Yukon XL, but a Jeep Grand Cherokee will fit.
I will have our maintence team check the bathroom door and toilet seat, our apologize on that.
