Coastal Soul - 3 BR 2 BA Sparkling Pool on canal corner. Privacy! A+ Reviews

This newly updated, beautiful home has a canal on two sides and includes a fishing dock! The palms, trees and landscaping around the home offers our visitors a peaceful and private setting. Whether you have spent the day at the beach (located just 15 min away) or a day on the golf course (choose from several courses located right here in the village), you can look forward to spending a relaxing evening barbequing by the pool that overlooks the canals!!

The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and is a split bedroom floor plan. The kitchen is fully stocked with things we feel our visitors would need to prepare meals at home. Off of the kitchen is a breakfast area with seating for 4 that overlooks and has sliding doors out to the lanai and pool. There is a kitchen bar with stools for additional seating. The dining room offers adequate seating as well. The living room also has sliders that open out to the lanai and swimming pool giving the home an open and breezy feeling! The master bedroom has its own access to the lanai and pool as well. The master bathroom has two sinks, walk in shower and a walk in closet . The other two bedrooms are located on the opposite side of home with queen beds, dressers, night tables and a hall bathroom with a tub/shower, large vanity and sink. Linens are provided.

The lanai is set up with a grill, table and chairs, and two loungers.
Beach chairs, umbrella, and bikes are stored in garage for your use.
High speed internet/WIFI, smart TV is available.

So many wonderful things stand out as exceptional! First, Leigh and Greg have created a peaceful, rejuvenating, gorgeous home-away-from-home. You can tell as soon as you walk in the front door when the view of the pool, trees, canal and beautiful interior hits you all at once. They are incredibly responsive and helpful to help your stay go smoothly, and seem to have anticipated our needs for staying comfortably. We have LOVED watching and listening to the birds! The pool has been heavenly, too. Rotonda West is quiet, close to great restaurants, stores and beaches. Highly highly recommend.
We enjoyed beautiful sunsets from the lanai.

Peaceful beautiful home

Lovely home, peaceful neighborhood, great location to beaches, golf and restaurants. Owners were very responsive to questions and answered promptly. The pool was amazing and the views in the morning were beautiful watching the sun rise over the canal. We would definitely stay at this home again.

Wonderful home

Property is in a lovely area, surrounded on two sides by a canal. It is private but in a nice neighborhood. Nice decor and so many considerate touches, from beach chairs to soaps. The owners are lovely and their home shows the care and thoughtfulness that makes a stay so special. We especially enjoyed the pool. We wish we could have stayed longer.

First Gulf coast trip

Our stay at Coastal Soul was great! The house was super clean and well cared for. It felt very homey like we’ve lived there for years. The house had all the towels we needed plus the extras for the beach! The pool was the best part tho. We were in it every day, sometimes twice a day. Dinner was had out by the pool every night we were there. Having the canal right there was definitely a bonus! I also enjoyed the bikes at the house, but the rest of the family thought it was too hot out for a leisurely ride around the neighborhood. The owner was super responsive anytime I reached out (twice the whole trip). Everything was great the whole trip. I could see us staying at Coastal Soul again.

Peaceful escape

The property was clean and inviting. The pool was amazing and we spent alot of time just floating around listening to the birds. The wildlife around the trees and canal were fun to watch. The house is located close to the beaches and shopping. Alot of golf courses within minutes. The owners were quick to answer any questions we had.
