Welcome to our family beach house! Come relax & reconnect with the Singer Island beach a short walk away. Eateries, bars, coffee, ice cream, beach gear are all a quick drive {or a relaxing walk} down the street. A Publix right across the bridge. Plenty of parking at the house, including trailer parking. Phil Foster Park, with snorkeling & public boat access is 5 minutes away. Come catch the beach vibe and enjoy evenings in the screened patio, grilling and enjoying the casual lifestyle. 6 person Golf cart and Sea-Doo Switch 21' pontoon boat available for rental at additional charge.

Spacious floor plan great for multiple families. Large, updated kitchen, counter seating and 4 chair dinette for work and/or family style meals with a Keurig, wine bar & wine cooler. Screened-in patio with pool table, brick outdoor gas grill & sink, outdoor table seats 10, bar seating, couches and ottomans and dining table seats 6. An outdoor shower {with hot water!} and two lounge chairs. Large upgraded washer & dryer in the laundry room. 3 bedroom with 5 beds (1 king, 1 king, 2 queen bunkbeds and 1 single bed) and 2 full baths with tubs. Bedroom hallways and kitchen can be closed off for noise reduction. Master bedroom opens to screened patio. Living room sliders open entirely to screened patio for seamless integration to indoor and outdoor socializing. 2 car garage filled with activities: Ping Pong table, beach toys, chairs, umbrella, tic tac toe, cornhole, beach towels provided. Fenced in backyard with privacy and additional parking. Pet friendly with patio doggie door.

Plenty of parking available in the wrap around driveway and 2 car garage.
Our neighborhood is directly across from the Marriott Resort & Spa and renowned SiSpa if you are looking for extra indulgence.
Ocean Reef public park & public beach access, with free parking, is just across the street and has outdoor grills, tables, cabanas and playground. Plenty of live music at the local eateries & marinas on the weekends. Singer Island is a very family friendly area.
Palm Beach Gardens & Jupiter, FL, with numerous restaurants and intracoastal dining, are a short drive north. The Gardens Mall is 15 minutes north.
The famous Peanut Island is at your doorstep. Paddleboards and wave runners can be rented at the Ocean Walk mall on Singer Island. Wings Beachwear is also at the Ocean Walk mall for any beach items you may desire.

Wonderful location

Nice proximity to beach, family to north and to the south. Nice kitchen and yard for pups. Some furnishings could use some attention as well as the pool table and ping pong table if you plan to use them. Otherwise it was a quiet, safe neighborhood.

It was a nice getaway for my family. The location is awesome and the beach is nice and relaxing. Only issue was the patio floor was dirty and the pillows weren’t the most comfortable. But we had fun riding down to mulligans after the beach in the golf cart!

Loved Riviera Beach! The owners couldn’t have been more accommodating. Wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. Lots of “toys” - golf cart, scooters, beach gear, pool table, ping pong table. Beach was an easy walk, as well as some restaurants. Hated to leave

Our families live in the West Palm/Royal Palm Beach area and we have always wanted to have a little slice of the Coastal Living Lifestyle. Our beach house is a result of two families, with three kids each, who love traveling, eating, celebrating together decide to make the coastal living dream a reality. We use the beach house for our own enjoyment whenever it is not rented. And we are excited to have you share a slice of our paradise.

We live local, and can respond at a moment's notice via the app, text, phone call. We own the house, no middle man or management company to deal with that can take hours or days to rectify an issue!

Why they chose this property

We absolutely LOVE this neighborhood. Every neighbor we meet is friendly, which is almost unique these days in SoFla. It is a calm, peaceful neighborhood with joggers, walkers, bikers, dog walking, folks in wet bathing suits walk to & from the beach on any given day. The Palm Trees blowing in the ocean breeze at night with the stars shining above is tranquility at it's core. We love evening strolls on the beach and sunrise yoga beachside without having to get in the car!

What makes this property unique

We hope you feel the relaxation essence that we experience as soon as you walk in. We chose a property to purchase that did NOT have a pool as we wanted our kids to get out and explore the beach and surrounding environment. We feel our Salty Beach House has an open concept with room for everyone, yet segregated enough to allow everyone to 'do their own thing' while in the house, playing pool, ping pong, lawn games, slip and slide, cooking, sipping, BBQ'ing or just watching TV with the patio lights twinkling in the evening glow.
