Holiday home with beautiful views of the nature reserve La Clape
The house is located in a quiet outskirts of a small, family holiday resort with pool on a hill at the entrance of Narbonne Plage.
The distance to the sea is about 600 meters.
The village center with shops and restaurants is about 500 meters away.
The Mediterranean-style house has on the ground floor a living room with dining area and fully equipped kitchen
(Ceramic hob, small oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine).
In front of it is a large conservatory with table and 4 comfortable garden chairs. In addition, 2 sun loungers are available.
From there you have access to the large terrace and a beautiful view of the nature reserve La Clape.
One bedroom is located on the ground floor and has 2 single beds (90x200 each).
One bedroom is upstairs with a double bed (2 mattresses each 80x200).
Upstairs is also the newly renovated bathroom with shower and toilet.
In the living room flatscreen TV (SAT with German and French programs) and a stereo with CD and USB and Smartphone connection available.
Free Wi-Fi / internet is also in the house.
Safe is also available.
