About this property

The house is located in a quiet outskirts of a small, family holiday resort with pool on a hill at the entrance of Narbonne Plage.

The distance to the sea is about 600 meters.
The village center with shops and restaurants is about 500 meters away.

The Mediterranean-style house has on the ground floor a living room with dining area and fully equipped kitchen
(Ceramic hob, small oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine).

From there you have access to the large terrace and a beautiful view of the nature reserve La Clape.

One bedroom is located on the ground floor and has 2 single beds (90x200 each).

Upstairs is also the newly renovated bathroom with shower and toilet.

Très bon séjour

Maison très agréable, fonctionnelle, bien équipée, d'une propreté impeccable et bien située tout près de la piscine qui est top et à 10 mn à pied de la plage et du centre. Tout était parfait!
