Located just .3 miles from Gondola Square, this 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom condo is the perfect place to call home during your Steamboat vacation. The kitchen is fully stocked with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove top, coffee maker, air fryer; including dishes, silverware, pots/pans and utensils - everything you need for a home-cooked meal. You can enjoy a meal at the kitchen's bar top or eat at the large dining table in the dining room.

There is a King primary bedroom with a TV and ensuite bathroom, and a 2nd bedroom with two twins. There is a second full bathroom adjacent to the second bedroom, and the sleeper sofa in the living area allows for extra sleeping capacity.

The living room offers a cozy fireplace, and a TV with cable. Off of the living room you can find a patio w/ comfortable seating, a propane grill, and shades that offer privacy.

GETTING AROUND:
Guests may walk .3 miles to the Gondola Square area to hop on the city's local shuttle system. This free shuttle is easy to use and can take you to the grocery store or any of the local shops & restaurants downtown. In the winter, you can also opt to use the ski shuttle that runs on a loop down to gondola square.

Great condo and location

Perfect ski condo and location. A bit far to walk to the gondola (and uphill as well) but the shuttle bus runs every 10 minutes or so and makes getting to the village square a snap. The place is exactly as advertised and I highly recommend it and would stay there again in a heart beat. Five stars.

Great ski trip

This is the third time I have stayed in the unit, and I’ll definitely be coming back. It’s clean, beds are comfortable, pool and hot tub are great, and the location is perfect! The shuttle service is super convenient too! Thanks!

It was a nice condo. It would have been nice to have the outside patio clean so we could have sat outside. They need to provide boxes of tissues. The refrigerator water filter needs to be changed. The toilet in the bathroom in the main area needs to be looked at because it continues to run after flushing.

Christmas Ski Vacation

The properties location to the slopes is great. We walked every morning as it was faster than the shuttle. Used Fleischer Sport for our rentals and left at the mountain in the warmers over night. The Coffee bar is amazing and so convenient. The group at Sky Run Rentals is great to work with and can not say enough positive things about this rental and exspereince.

Well equipped property

Great size accommodations for a family of 4!! Hot tub and pool were nice. Property is certainly walkable to the base if you don’t have ski gear to lug. With ski gear, no way. The shuttle ran every 10-15 mins to the base which we used. Drivers were v friendly. I’d stay at the property again but find a locker at the base to rent for the week. Communication with the management company leading up to the week was very helpful. Check in/out was super easy. Thanks for a great week !!

Excellent weekend stay

My husband and I had some unexpected maintenance events come up with our RV and needed a last minute place to stay in Steamboat. SkyRun staff was absolutely amazing in working with us to get us into the space quickly under our circumstances! They stayed in contact with us through the whole check in process, making it super easy. Once we got checked in, we found a super clean condo with all the amenities we needed to make meals, clean the kitchen, wash clothes, and relax after a stressful week. We were a nice walking distance to the gondola, and appreciated the ski locker. The fitness center looked awesome (although we didn't try it out), and the hot tub and heated pool were just what we needed! Oh, and complimentary hot beverages and afternoon cookies in the lobby! We had a fantastic stay, and would definitely come back (hopefully on less stressful terms).

Great place to stay!

The location in steamboat is great as well as inside the property itself! No elevator to worry with and a few steps to the outside from front and side door. Two bathrooms are a must and a plus with this unit. We had 5 adults and all had a very comfortable stay. Communication with the manager was easy and they were quick to respond. The only thing to be aware of is the sound from above of everyone walking in their ski boots. Not sure why they don’t wait until they are ready to leave to put them on. It is LOUD! But that isn’t something that relates to this specific unit. I’m sure every unit has the same issue. Just something to be aware of if you are a late or light sleeper. Had a great stay and would highly recommend.

Perfect Steamboat Ski Condo

I recently stayed at this condo in Eagle Ridge Lodge for a ski trip with family. It was the perfect location and the complimentary shuttle service to and from the slopes and town was perfect! After skiing, we enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub each day. The condo was clean and had all of the expected amenities for the trip (we cooked at the condo each day). I will definitely be returning next year!

Steamboat Haven

This condo is an excellent base camp for easy access skiing (free shuttle all day) and to downtown steamboat. The condo is clean, comfortable, and the heated pool and hot tub is a great place to recover from an epic day. Kitchen and bathrooms are set up great, beds comfy, and lots of media entertainment to choose from on the tv setup. Convenient same level as street parking, close to entrance, ski lockers, etc. coach and chairs are great and a nice dining table and comfy chairs for playing games, visiting and drinking. The parking lot is even heated so no worries parking or getting stuck. I give it 5 stars out of 5! Will go back every year.

Awesome Condo!

Condo was clean with comfy beds and linens. We had everything we needed for cooking, and enjoyed the lodge decorations. Morning coffee from the lounge area by check in was great! They had every milk in the fridge you could think of! Condo location was perfect, no stairs and walking to grab coffee in the morning was easy. We enjoyed the hot tub after a day of hiking at Mad Creek. Will stay here again for ski season! Perfect weekend gateway thank you!

Awesome Location and Amenities!

This unit has an amazing location and has wonderful amenities! I was impressed with professional Work Out room and outdoor heated pool and hot tubs. The unit itself was very well taken care of and had everything we wanted. It had very comfortable beds and relaxing recliners to unwind in. We hope to stay here again when the snow flies because it's so close to the ski lifts! The concierge area even has free espresso and coffee all day long! We love Steamboat and this is the perfect place for us and our family!
