The Enclaves at Festival is a charming and family-friendly community located just 8 miles from Walt Disney World. This family-oriented resort is one of the most desired tourist areas in the Orlando area. Ideally located on Ronald Reagan Parkway and Champions Gate Blvd. It has direct access to the I-4.

Welcome to our spacious 4-bedroom luxury villa! Our comfortable and stylish home is perfect for families and groups of friends looking to experience all the excitement of this vibrant city. It`s situated just minutes away from the world-renowned theme parks, including Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld.

Our villa features four bedrooms, each with a comfortable bed and plenty of space to relax and unwind. We have 2 master bedrooms with a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the other bedrooms have queen-sized beds, bunkbeds and twin-sized beds with shared bathrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs and ceiling fans to ensure a comfortable night`s sleep.

The open-plan living area boasts a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining table, and a cozy lounge area with a flat-screen TV and comfortable sofas. The kitchen features modern appliances, including a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave, making it easy to prepare meals for the whole family.

Outside, you`ll find a screened-in pool and a covered patio area with plenty of seating. Relax by the pool with a cold drink and soak up the Florida sunshine or enjoy a family barbecue in the evenings.

Our villa is located in Enclaves at Festival resort just minutes away from all the major attractions, including Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld. There are also plenty of shops, restaurants, and golf courses nearby, making it easy to explore everything Orlando has to offer.

We had a great stay! The home was very clean and spacious, communication was easy and quick, and the pool was great. We did day trips and found this to be a well-placed home base. We saw a sandhill crabe just out the back each day and the kids enjoyed chasing the lizards.

My entire rental experience was excellent. The property was beautifully and well kept. There are plenty of dining and shopping places nearby. The host was extremely responsive and accomodating, especially after we were delayed by the global airline outage. I highly recommend this property and host and will book again.

We had a great stay at this villa. My family really enjoyed the spacious quarters. There was room for my whole crew. The plunge pool kept my teens busy and the near by recreational center was definitely a plus. I usually cook on vacation for my family and I had all the equipment needed to do so. There was even an air fryer which made quick snacks for the kids easy. Our host was very thorough and always politely answered any inquiry I had about our stay. The location was perfect for shopping too. Thank you for a nice time.

This property did not disappoint at all! Customer service from the owner was excellent and she even went above and beyond to ensure we had all amenities listed on her page. Response time to message was very fast. Property was very clean and as pictured onsite. Location was great also to grocery stores, shopping malls, and theme parks. Please be prepared to be in a TON OF TRAFFIC if you are planning on going to Disney or Universal (we were there during spring break). Amenities at the clubhouse area were nice to enjoy also. Home was properly stocked with everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner for our family. I would definitely stay here again!

Off site Disney trip

This property was amazing. We decided to stay off site and drive into Disney each day and this was the first time we have not stayed in Disney property. After our stay, I will always stay off site. This property was clean, accommodating and just what we needed for our large family. The pool was great for the kids to unwind in. There was an issue with the WiFi and a leak, but the hostess was extremely communicative and took care of our issues quickly. I would highly recommend staying at this property.
