We loved every second of our stay at Stone House Martelina. Davorka and Tome were there to meet us to settle us in. The house is small but perfectly formed and lovely and cool inside. The outside space is quiet and has a great view. It’s well equipped, with plenty of good quality towels and bedding provided. As a family of four we had a great stay.

Traumhaftes kleines Häuschen, Ruhe pur

Vom ersten Kontakt mit den Vermietern bis zum letzten Tag lief alles super entspannt und unkompliziert! Das Häuschen ist super sauber und hat alles an Zubehör was man so braucht. Für große und kräftige Leute ist es vielleicht etwas eng(vor allem das Bad). Die Lage ist traumhaft! Abgeschieden in den Bergen und trotzdem in unter 10 min mit dem Auto (unbedingt empfehlenswert!)in diversen Restaurants und Bars oder am Strand. Die Vermieter waren spitze! Tolle Tipps,supernetter Kontakt und ausgesprochen freundlich! Die Landschaft ist wunderschön, Natur pur! Man kann tolle Ausflüge in die Umgebung machen, die verschiedenen Inseln oder Zadar besuchen. Wer einen ruhigen,unkomplizierten Urlaub zum Wandern oder auch am Strand sucht ist hier absolut richtig! Wer die Abgeschiedenheit nicht so mag und lieber Partylife hat ist hier allerdings fehl am Platze.

Tolles Häuschen in schöner Landschaft - Great cottage in a beautiful landscape

Zehn Tage im September verbrachten wir in diesem liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus. Obwohl es nicht sehr groß ist, fehlt es an nichts - Davorka und Tome sind sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft, am besten geeignet zum Wandern und Klettern, natürlich ist das Meer auch nur 2,5 Kilometer entfernt. Zahlreiche Nationalparks sowie die Stadt Zadar sollte man unbedingt besuchen - man kann aber auch einfach nur die Landschaft genießen und viel lesen! Ten days in September we spent in this lovingly decorated holiday home. Although it is not very large, it lacks nothing - Davorka and Tome are very nice and helpful hosts. The environment is fantastic, best suited for hiking and climbing, of course, the sea is only 2.5 kilometers away. Numerous national parks and the city of Zadar should definitely be visited - but you can also just enjoy the scenery and read a lot!

Einer der schönsten Orte im Nirgendwo

Wir hatten hier 4 Übernachtungen in vollkommener Abgeschiedenheit, in perfekter Umgebung. Tagsüber verbrachten wir die meiste Zeit in Paklenica und anderen Klettergebieten in der Umgebung die von hier aus in 5-10 Minuten erreichbar waren. Supernette Gastgeber, eine absolut saubere und unglaublich gemütliche Ferienwohnung für Pärchen und kleine Familien unbedingt empfehlenswert .. !!!

Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Haus ist sauber und es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Lage ist für alle die Ruhe suchen, sehr empfehlenswert. In der Nähe ist ein super ausgebauter Strand mit neuen Sanitäranlagen, erreichbar mit dem Auto in ca. 10 Min.

Super gepflegtes Steinhaus zum Entspannen

Das Steinhaus ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen im Paklenica-Nationalpark und für Sightseeing und eine wunderbarer Ort für Erholung und Entspannung. Davorka und Tome sind sehr liebevolle Gastgeber, die uns bereits beim Empfang kulinarisch sehr verwöhnten. Wir, das ist eine vierköpfige Familie, hatten einen sehr schönen erlebnisreichen und erholsamen Urlaub im Steinhaus in Starigrad. Wir waren im August für 14 Tage dort. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich von den Vermietern mit einem liebevoll hergerichteten Obstteller und einem Wein begrüßt. Sie waren zu jeder Zeit für uns erreichbar. Das Haus war sehr geschmackvoll und mit liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, genau wie auf den Fotos. Es hatte alles, was man für den Aufenthalt brauchte. Eine praktische Küche mit viel Zubehör. Eine schöne Terrasse sowie eine Grillstelle gab den Platz für jede Mahlzeit (großer Tisch + Bank) . Aus dem Gemüsegarten durften wir uns auch bedienen. Kleiner Minuspunkt war das enge Badezimmer. Gesegnet war bei 35°C die Klimaanlage vor den Schlafzimmern. Die Gegend um Starigrad ist sehr reizvoll durch den Paklenica Nationalpark sowie den kurzen Weg (3km) zum Meer und zu den Supermärkten sowie den Restaurants. Die Kurze Strecke (15 min)i zur Autobahn wurde genutzt für Fahrten in andere Nationalparks .Da das Anwesen am Bergrücken liegt, herrschte dort auch sehr viel Ruhe. Ein Haus zum Weiterempfehlen .

Sehr geschmackvoll renoviert und eingerichtet. Sehr sehr nette Vermieter, herzlicher Empfang mit Gastgeschenken. Angebot sich an dem Gemüsegarten zu bedienen. Für Wanderer sehr geeignet: Nahe dem Nationalpark Paklenica. Hoch über dem Meer gelegen. Toller Außenbereich mit großem Holztisch und -sitzbänken. Außen-Grillstelle. Ruhige Wohnlage. Wenige weiere Ferienhäuser. - Aber: Sehr kleines Bad, schmaler Treppenaufgang. Falls moderne Einbußen (kein WLAN, keine Spülmaschine) okay sind durchaus zu empfehlen.

Cette très belle maison est située dans un petit hameau très paisible, à 3 km de la mer. La vue est magnifique et le calme total. La décoration est de très bon gout et les propriétaires très chaleureux et accueillants. Nous avons passé un séjour idéal.

Es war ein super schöner Urlaub. Haus mit Blick aufs Meer. Und nicht weit vom Strand weg. Haus etwas abseits gelegen aber am Bergrücken, sodass man gut entspannen konnte. Gerne wieder. Vermieter wahnsinnig nett und zuvorkommend. Durften das Gemüse aus dem Garten verwenden und haben deswegen auch gerne 1x pro Tag die Pflanzen gegossen. Hatte das Ferienhaus hatte alles was man braucht.

We had a very nice time in Starigrad. The house is very cosy. We spent most of our evenings outside on the terrasse. You can use a big outdoor fireplace for your bbq. For the trekking lovers, the Paklenica National Park is 5 minutes away. And if you want to travel further away, the freeway is 15 minutes driving time. The owners were very kind! A very good address in Croatia !

Bevor wir anreisten, bekamen wir alle wichtigen Infos über die Agentur, Adriagate. Alle unsere Fragen wurden von Ines umgehend beantwortet, super! In Starigrad wurden wir dann herzlich von Tome und Davorka empfangen. Das Steinhäuschen ist wirklich wunderschön und alles sehr neu, extrem sauber und gut gepflegt. Wir waren 10 Tage in den Osterferien dort, wo es draussen noch etwas kühl war und der Holzofen hat es richtig gemütlich gemacht abends. Wenn es draussen sonnig und wärmer ist, ist die Terrasse perfekt zum frühstücken und grillen, oder um die Ruhe und Einsamkeit in den Bergen zu genießen! Nach Starigrad runter sind es nur ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto und es gibt kleine Supermärkte, Bäcker und alles was man braucht. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet zum Kochen! Richtig toll war auch der kleine Gemüsegarten vorm Haus, wo wir frischen Mangold, Salat und Rosmarin und Petersilie nehmen durften. Der Paklenica Nationalpark zum Wandern ist auch nicht weit, man könnte sogar direkt vom Häuschen losgehen, muss allerdings ein paar extra Höhenmeter in Kauf nehmen. Wenn das Wetter mal nicht mitspielt, gibt es auch einen TV mit allen deutschen Sendern über Satellit. Insgesamt können wir das Häuschen uneingeschränkt empfehlen für alle, die es ruhig mögen und sich vom Trubel erholen wollen! Tome und Davorka sind als Gastgeber auch beim Abschied sehr herzlich gewesen und waren während unseres Aufenthalts auch jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit.
