The sweetest family/owners. Really enjoyed the location! My family and I had the best week there! Was everything we needed. Will definitely be saving this house for next year to book again. They had everything we needed to cook in every night! And we loved the outside patio area! The beds were super comfy! The house was close to the beach and the grocery store! We will definitely stay here again! Loved it!

Our host allowed us to check in early, which we greatly appreciated. The house was very comfortable and mirrored the VRBO description. While not the Hilton, it had everything we needed for our stay. It was close to the beach, although we drove the 3 blocks with all of our “beach gear”. There were plenty of beach towels and floating noodles for everyone. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors cat was friendly. Would recommend staying here.

Very spacious, extremely clean. Absolutely incredible price for the amount of house you have! Quiet neighborhood, nice yard and resting area. House was very well equipped with anything you may need for cooking! Our stay was incredible! Host was very responsive & professional!

The place is amazing; it is close to everything; shopping, fine dining and St. Andrew’s Beach. I feel so much like I am at home. Even my pets does not want to go home. I will highly recommend it and I will definitely come back. The host responds quickly and checking in and out is easy.

This is a great place to stay !! Clean, Peaceful, and quite with a nice fenced yard for dogs!!..the place has some nice updates and furniture which made our stay very comfortable....you will not find a better host! Adam was very gracious and responsive!!! Highly recommend!!

It was a great house for us. Very spacious and clean. Great commutation with the host. We couldn’t be more pleased. My son and I went down for a getaway to do some fishing. The house was located very conveniently for us. Right next to the Marina. 3 to 5 minutes from public beach access, and 5 to 10 minutes from Saint Andrew’s State Park. We will definitely be staying there again.

The home was exactly as described. Very clean and comfortable. The unit is close to beaches, sight seeing and numerous restaurants. The home is also pet friendly with a fenced in yard that my dog loved. The host communication was excellent. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay again.

Host was very accommodating. We had an issue with a Vrbo stay that owner sold his place and we had traveled 800 miles and no where to go. Adam in Panama City and his folks rented to us last minute so we were not stuck. The Katy Christian Cottage and the owners were awesome. Loved our 44 day stay and our dogs loved it too.
