We had family coming in for a wedding and needed a place that was convenient and comfortable. This was the place! Well kept, wonderul space for all kinds of gatherings and in a good neighborhood! Highly recommend!
Was in town for a few days and this rental was perfect. Great location, clean rental, and quiet neighborhood. We come up from Texas every year and plan on booking again.

Thank you Rey we look forward to hosting you again!
This was a great house for my family to stay. I was clean and the host was very friendly! Responded to questions very quickly. Would definitely recommend
Very Nice Property. Clean.
Good Value for the money.
All the basics are there.
Nice quiet neighborhood.
Tamara is very responsive.
30 minutes to Midland.
The place is very clean and in nice location which can be hard to find in the Saginaw area from previous visits. Quiet neighborhood and tbe host were very responsive during our stay. Home had evrrything we needed, and very clean. Highly recommended and already rebooked for another visit. Thank you.
This house is beautiful, it looks exactly like the pictures. The area is safe and quiet, easy to get onto a main road. We were allowed in earlier than planned, so that was really nice. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is fully supplied with all you need, water pressure is good in the shower. We did not get to take advantage of the deck due to the Canadian wild fire smoke. The AC worked great!
Clean, great location, central to everything. No hot tub. My only recommendation would be a step stool for that queen-size bedroom or ditch the drawer base and use a regular bed frame. I’m 5’2 literally needed a step up to get in. We would definitely stay again! Comfortable living room. Kitchen even has a crockpot! Tamra is quick

They need smaller steps and a railing to the front door. Need to work on electric, fridge kept going off.

Hello thank you for being our guest. We replaced the refrigerator with a brand new unit and it is working excellent. We appreciate and value you your feedback.
We loved our stay here! It was hard to find a place that could accommodate our family of 6, having more than one bathroom is a MUST with that size. Full size kitchen is so helpful as well. Also - full size washer and dryer. Host was very responsive in communication.
Only thing I’d just caution other families with is the front step is a little steep between the landing and the step. My 6yo forgot that and missed the step stepping down and face planted on the side walk. Just something to be aware of if you have littles!
Would absolutely stay here again!
Great place to stay, clean neighborhood. Unit had a queen, king, and futon. A couple of arm chairs in the living room would have completed the room. An all purpose cleaner would be helpful for small spills. The coffee pot is not a favorite, but does the job. The front step is not traditional and a hand rail is suggested. A snow shovel on the porch would have been nice for the winter weather. These are a few suggestions, and I would definitely use this as a first choice for staying in the Saginaw Area.
My family of five needed a place to stay while visiting family in Saginaw and this condo worked perfectly for us. The location is accurately described in the listing and is spacious with a two story foyer and a sky light in the office loft. It looks like it was recently updated with new flooring and carpet and the space was clean and well-kept.
We did a decent amount of cooking and eating at the condo and found the kitchen space well stocked with pots, pans, and small appliances. The refrigerator worked great perfectly and I saw was replaced after a previous post about it not working. It made meal prep easy. There was even a propane grill on the patio that we used. The dining nook was a little small for our family, but it worked. I agree with others that the coffee maker is a little odd with a built-in craft, which was slow to dispense. But hey it made coffee and that’s better than no coffee at all.
All of the bedrooms had comfy beds with high quality linen and comforters. We appreciate the dressers and closet space, allowing us to unpack our suitcases for the weeklong stay.
The bathrooms were clean and well decorated. I appreciated the full bathroom was spacious and had a shower head with awesome water pressure, a head with numerous settings, and hot water. I stayed clean and fresh despite the swampy weather.
Tamara was communicative and responsive via the app. She seemed to generally care about our stay and the property and was a gracious host. We’ll be back
Spacious mid-century duplex, original woodwork & charm retained w/minimal updates
We stayed at the house for 6 days in early July 2022, so got to know it pretty well.
The host was great! Very fast communication, clear directions. Hands off but responsive, very respectful of privacy. I would 100% rent this again!
If you appreciate a spacious house for 4 with a nice, comfy layout that is relatively clean, retaining its' original charm, this is for you!
OUTSIDE
Nicely landscaping, quiet neighbors. Though a duplex, super quiet. Be careful on the front steps. One is very deep. Wished for 4 seats in back for porch time.
DOWNSTAIRS
The entry foyer reaches the roof and has a coat closet. Living room with couch & big tv, easy to work, smart tv plus cable. + Throw pillows & blanket!
Also downstairs was 1/2 bath, closet, doorways to basement & garage, washer/dryer, kitchen, dining room & door to back porch.
LAUNDRY
Amani agitator w/d with basic laundry supplies (+!) Also a broom/dustpan, swiffer & vacuum. Used the first 2, broom was tiny but great besides.
1/2 BATH
Water jets out far & wished for handtowel hook, but clean, great condition & well stocked.
DINING
This has a square bar height table with a few chairs. Cozy space but adequate.
KITCHEN
All functional, layout okay, low stocked but new rental. Need more dishes for 2 meals a day for 4 people. Toaster, micro, but I loathe that coffee maker. (can't see what's left, hard to clean, always damp).Bought & left s/p, ice trays & ex. mug. Also a mini desk including some games, welcome letter, house instructions, wifi password etc. A guest wrote a note in the writing pad, & we followed suite. It's such a fun part of these rentals.
UPSTAIRS
The staircase is wide, that and the whole upstairs was nicely carpeted. I'm not usually a carpet fan, but this was great!
MASTER
Directly to the left is the master. + sized w/king. Matress :(way too soft, lumps of memory foam. No prob for spouse but I woke much. 2 night stands but 1 lamp. Door locks, blackout curtains. + walk in closet w/wood hangers, iron/board.
FULL BATH
Cutely b/w decor. Cupboard on top toilet stocked w/tp; a small vanity with a new soap, shower wand. Need more towel racks/shelves on blank wall 4 toiletries.
fluffy white towels in hall closet.
OFFICE/3RD BED
It has a hallway door, uncovered half wall that opens up to over look the living room. You hear tv under.
2 BED
Good size w/firm comfy queen. Dresser, door locks. Lamp needed.
OTHER
Central air, well insulated! +new fan. B&B air freshener was provided
We were in town for a funeral and the host was very helpful. We had a few questions and she was very responsive. It was located in a nice, quiet neighborhood with nearby good restaurants and close to the funeral home. We would definitely stay there again.
We really enjoyed our stay. The duplex was comfortable, located in a nice and convenient area. It was well equipped and we really appreciated the book with restaurants and things to do nearby!
The house was beautiful, clean & had all the needs of home. Tamara was very responsive to my questions. Overall it was everything we needed for our family trip to be successful!
The a/c went out during our stay which was unfortunate. These things never happen during the week. So it was a weekend and no response from HVAC contractor. So owners kindly cleaned the other duplex unit directly connected and we moved over there for our 2nd night. Inconvenient, yes, but better night sleep with a/c than without. The owners were in contact pretty much the whole time. Very apologetic and even offered for us to stay a few nights longer. Wish we could have but we had to get home. We would definitely stay here again. The layout worked pretty well for our young family.
Tamara’s place was sparkling clean, super comfortable beds, modern appliances and decor and super fluffy new white towels. Communicating with her was a breeze. Location was perfect for us. Quick drive to stores and restaurants, the condo itself is located in a quiet neighborhood. Any issues that other reviews mentioned have been remedied. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again on our next visit to Saginaw!
This home was clean and had new flooring. The kitchen worked well for making dinner throughout the week. The area was convenient for me and seemed safe. Easy check-in and check-out. Had full cable TV package and decent Internet.
