A small single story home with a full basement located just minutes from the historic village of Frankenmuth and the Birch Run Outlets. The home has three bedrooms on the main floor and a sleeping area can be made in the basement. The back patio is enclosed with bushes that allow for guests' privacy.

Frankenmuth is a tourist travel destination where the Old Bavaria can be felt throughout the entire village. Frankenmuth hosts the world's largest Christmas store, Bronner's Christmas Wonderland, an indoor water park and weekly festivals and gatherings. The Birch Run Outlet Mall features more than 100 stores and is the largest outlet mall in Michigan.

Great place to stay

We enjoyed our stay at this house! Plenty of space for everyone. There were a few little issues (wi-fi didn’t work, faucet in shower wasn’t fully working but you could still get a decent shower in it, toilet paper holder wasn’t attached) but nothing that inhibited our stay terribly. Owner was great at communicating quickly! It’s a 4 minute drive to Meijer and 15 minutes to downtown Frankenmuth. VERY quiet area even though it’s near a main road. We didn’t get to enjoy the patio because it was cold and rainy during our stay but it looked very nice. All-in-all, we would definitely stay here again!!

Family Get-Together Get-Away

Lovely weekend! Plenty of room for family time games, meals, movie watching and relaxing. Close to both Birch Run outlets and Frankenmuth. Only issue was the tv/remote. Batteries needed replacing. Otherwise 5⭐️ weekend.

Our home is well maintained and 6 minutes from Frankenmuth and Birch Run. Frankenmuth has weekly festivals and gatherings throughout the year and Birch Run has the largest outlet mall in Michigan.
