About this property

Frankenmuth County Escape

Frankenmuth School District. Pet friendly, 4 bedroom, 2 full bath home, just two miles south of Bronners Christmas Wonderland. This charming, turn of the century farm house will be the escape you are looking for. The house is over 100 years old so it's not the Ritz, but we love it and believe you will too. Enjoy the amazing city of Frankenmuth and then celebrate with a drink on the veranda or by the campfire in your own private residence surrounded by 3 full acres of nature. The 4 bedrooms include a queen, two full size double beds, a single and a rollaway. We do charge an additional $50 per guest per night for guests exceeding 4. This allows us to keep the nightly rent reasonable for couples and small families. Also, there is a $59 charge for property insurance or this cost can be avoided by providing $1500 in refundable insurance. About a week prior to your arrival we will send a basic short-term rental agreement and upon return we will provide property access information. * Well water on property.

We did a family girls trip to Frankenmuth and Birch Run and this was an excellent choice for our stay! We will definitely be coming back for next year’s trip! The location was quiet, clean, and grounds were great for bonfires and relaxing.

Close to all the good stuff!

It’s located within an easy drive to all the great places to visit in Frankenmuth and Birch Run. There’s plenty of room for the 4 humans and the dog. Great games and movies for the kids and our ability to bring our dog was a big selling point for us.
