Nice condo with a beautiful view of the beach and gulf. Condo has everything you need for a great beach vacation and is near plenty of restaurants, shopping and activities. I would recommend staying here.

Everything from the booking to communication with the owner went smoothly. Check in at the facility went just as expected with no issues. The condo was extra clean and decorated throughout with the cutest ocean themes. We hope to return here again for another stay.

This is our 4th or 5th time staying with this property manager. Mr. Bob is always quick to respond to questions or concerns. This condo has the best sunrise views from the condo balcony. Great sunset colors from the balcony but full sunset view if you go out on the beach. View of the beach and water are excellent. We had perfect weather in October. La Dolce Vita manages the chair/umbrella rentals. Easy to book online and makes vacation for my husband so much easier.Highly recommend!

The property overall was very nice. The condo was excellent, very well kept. There are enough pools so you don’t feel crowded and easy access to the beach. The Pelican Cafe has good options for breakfast and lunch. I would definitely choose this location again when visiting Destin. Bob is a great host, his response time to message is great. Overall, very pleased!

This is a beautifully decorated and maintained condo. It’s very clean and is the most well equipped beach condo we’ve stayed in. The ocean view is amazing. The Pelican Beach property is modern and very well maintained as well. The pools are very nice and we enjoyed the tiki bar. 10/10 for sure!

Most relaxing vacation with a beautiful view. The place was clean and perfect. The process was simple and the personnel at the property were so nice and inviting.
I could stay on the balcony all day. Bring the binoculars to see all ocean creatures passing by.

Perfect access to the beach. The tiki hut bar by the beach was excellent. The home was clean as well and had a gorgeous view of the beach. The owners were super nice & quick to respond to any questions we had.
