Welcome to our vacation home in Indian rocks beach. We are a very LOW VOLUME rental, that only rents a few select months out of the year. We reside in Tampa and enjoy our beach house as much as we can.

Under a 5 min walk to the beautiful white sand beach of Indian Rocks. Beautiful & Spacious Key West Style 2 Bedroom 2.5 Bath with a den (twin bed with trundle) in Popular and Low Key Indian Rocks Beach. All rooms are equipped with there own TVs. Beds are all luxury Tommy Bahama mattresses, very comfortable.

Completely renovated top to bottom with many wonderful features, even has a small balcony over looking the pool. Small 6 unit community with private community pool and private docks to fish, kayack and paddleboard from. Walking distance to many restaurants including Jakes Coastal Cantina on the same street (one of our favorites), Crabby's Original, VIP Mexican, PJs, Slice Pizza, Jimmy Guannas, JDs, anclote brewery, guilty sea sports bar,sandys for breakfast,The largest Ice Cream shop with 100 flavors, Coffee Shop, Beach Stores, Kooky Coconut, and so much more. If your looking for more fine dining, Salt rock grill, guppy’s and are favorite TJs Italian restaurant are all just a short drive away. There is also a water park across the street at the Holiday Inn that will keep kids and adults occupied all day. Underneath the Condo there is a huge storage area we turned into a man cave with lounge seating off the pool and it also is where we store paddleboards, kayack, beach chairs and coolers for your personal use, Yes just bring yourself and we’ll take care of the rest.. New patio on the water with fire pit, great area to relax, watch dolphin and manatee, read a book, or have a drink and cigar..Short Drive to Clearwater Beach & John's pass at Madeira Beach if you want to visit more action. BOATERS, there’s a neighborhood ramp right down the street, you can tie your boat off my dock for the duration of your stay and keep trailer on property..
