Welcome to this spacious newly updated 1,350 sq ft. condo in beautiful Indian Rocks Beach! Stepping inside you are greeted by the amply-sized living room, dining room and kitchen! Brand new quartz counters in the kitchen and bathrooms, all new linens, and a brand-new 58-inch living room TV in 2023! The property recently changed hands and the new owner has spared no expense in bringing the property up to date by outfitting it with modern coastal flair! The property offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a laundry room with full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience! The primary bedroom is outfitted with a new king size bed. The second bedroom is the perfect place for the kids or adults! This room offers twin bunk beds and a brand-new queen-size bed with adjustable bed frame! The 3rd bedroom offers a queen size bed and again has been outfitted with brand new linens and pillows! From this bedroom or the living room, you can access the oversized patio! There is plenty of room to lounge on the new polywood highboy chairs and watch the sunrise and sunset! The unit also comes stocked with beach chairs, towels and umbrellas for your enjoyment! Just a quick trip down the elevator and you'll find the largo Gulf front heated pool with access directly to the gleaming white sand beaches of Indian Rocks!

Indian Rocks Beach is a serene beach town that offers spectacular white sand beaches and is a perfect spot for family vacations or a break from cold winter weather. Many great restaurants are in walking distance such as Guppy's, Keagan's, and TJ's Italian Cafe. Take the Trolley to famous John's Pass Village to experience unique shopping, a large marina and dining. Also, Kolb Park is in walking distance. Twenty minutes to the north, you will find another marina, a variety of shops and restaurants at Clearwater Beach, also home to the Clearwater Aquarium. Popular attractions less than an hour's drive include Busch Gardens, Adventure Island and the Florida Aquarium. For day trips, Disney World and Sea World are a 90-minute drive. Looking to simply relax, sit on Indian Rocks Beach and watch the beautiful sunsets. Swim in the warm gulf waters, and relax poolside with a drink for a great vacation experience.

We are located on the Beachside and only steps to the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is not direct Gulf front. There are views of the Gulf from a couple of windows. This unit has two (2) under building parking spaces. The garage height is 6'6".

Arrived to a beautiful clean condo where the entire process was excellent.Great beach area with many restaurants within walking distance. The Trolley was an added bonus with a stop very close by.Wonderful owners who were very attentive.

We really enjoyed this condo. The location was great being on the beach and walking distance to some nice restaurants! The condo was spacious and clean. The pool and hot tub were excellent to use. We grilled out on the Weber grill one evening which was so nice by the pool. We would highly recommend this condo for your next family vacation.

Great place for beach lovers

Overall fantastic experience. Super clean and had mostly everything needed for a day at the beach. (Chairs, towels, pop up tent, kids toys, cooler, etc) Could’ve used some paper towels and toilet paper but maybe they just forgot will 100% be interested in coming back.

Great Beach Vacation

The condo was clean and spacious. It was close to the beach and the pool was hit with the kids. We had to get our own supplies like trash bags, paper towel, toilet paper but it had everything else you might need like beach toys/chairs, beach towels, all sorts of kitchen utensils. We had such a nice time and we would definitely stay again.

Great location

My family, 4 adults 2 children, really enjoyed our stay. This property sits along the beach, has a heated pool and hot tub, and easy access to the beach. The unit itself was well stocked with beach chairs, beach toys, and beach towels. We could walk to several restaurants nearby. Clearwater was a short drive in one direction. In the opposite were other beaches and activities. Everyone in our group would stay here again.

Condo is way roomier then first expected, clean and up to date, and had everything we needed. So close to the beach and pool. Lots of great places to eat within walking distance. Road the trolley a day to Clearwater so easy. So nice to have beach towels and beach chairs available to use. The entire experience was a 10 out of 10. Love IRB

Great Location

This property was perfect for my family of six. The pool, jacuzzi and beach just steps away was amazing. No packing up cars or wagons for a day at the beach! The unit had ample beach towels, comfy beach chairs and plenty of space for all of us. The kitchen was very well stocked. Everything worked as expected. Management was very helpful and responsive when I called. Would surely recommend and stay here again if we are able to revisit this area!

Indian Rocks Family Trip

Our trip was lovely! Our family all met there. We enjoyed the beach, the hot tub and pool. Since it was a bit too windy for laying on the beach; we each got a citypass and went to see the local attractions. We saw the zoo/santuary, Busch Gardens and the Tampa Aquarium. We enjoyed the great restaurants like Guppies, Keegan’s and TJ Italian Cafe which are within walking distance. We ordered food too and have it delivered to the condo. We also ordered from Catalina’s which was also awesome. Thank you for an amazing family time!! We will be back!

Everything was great except ac filter was filthy and caused freeze ups untill we checked filter and dry took extremely long think it needs a good vent cleaning. Flow sense warning even though we cleaned filter every time.

Dangerous Building, Stay at Your Own Risk

Would rate this stay 0/10 if I could.Top issues:- The actual building is falling apart and a safety hazard. Exposed electrical wires, sewage dripping from the parking garage ceiling and the pool is not even fenced in. The management company is aware of these issues, but they simply said it’s not their problem.- Pool was closed all 7 days we were there. We live 10 minutes away and booked this unit for my baby to enjoy the pool, we would have stayed home and driven to the beach if the condition was properly advertised and communicated.Host was severely delayed with responses, at best. Host will argue the building isn’t their responsibility, but they have confirmed knowledge of how hazardous it is and they’re still choosing to rent it out using deceptive photos that in no way represent the current condition. This is a dangerous rental — if you care about your family’s safety, avoid at all costs!

A week at Indian Rocks

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location, the large deck on the property faces the road instead of the beach, but the property is on the beach, so no big deal. Overall, the condo seemed clean, however looked under the cushions to see if it was a sleeper and found quite a bit of crumbs, hair and dirt. Just wires hanging from the smoke detector in the master. Found the detector in a nightstand drawer. Lamp on one nightstand in the master had no plug to plug it in. Plenty of chairs and toys for the beach. 6 beach towels were there which was nice. Beach was a little crowded because it is next to a public entrance but was nice. Shallow and flat quite a ways out when it is calm and good waves when it is breezy. The kids enjoyed both.

We have 2 families of 4 that we vacation with every year and usually the main living/common areas can be a snug fit as 3 of our 4 children are now adults, but this place was perfect! The beach location is perfect too! You can bring your own chairs and the condo has some available to use too, but it is also right next door to the public access beach where there are chair rentals as well, if you want to just walk down and have someone else set you up. And Seaside Property Shoppe was super easy to work with and were really friendly before and during the stay. All around, they are just doing it right!!!

The condo has easy access to the beautiful beaches and although it is not ocean front it does have a "peak a boo" view from the master bedroom which we loved! We also loved spending time at the pool. The condo was well equipped and had very comfortable beds. This location is great, and it was easy to walk to many restaurants and shops. Seaside was very easy to work with and had great communication. I would definitely book rentals from them in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our favorite property - clean, spacious, right on the beach, close to things 'to do'. Only complaint is that it seemed all new pillows were purchased for the unit. They were all incredibly fat (thick) and hard. We all had very bad neckaches from these pillows. I've never seen a pillow so fat before and these were really hard to sleep on. We are very disappointed the rental is going to a 7day minimum stay. We have stayed many times in the past for a 5 day trip and are unable to do 7. Really wish there was more flexibility with staying at the condo in the future! It's truly our favorite!
