About this property

Serene Seaside Home just one block from the Water

Welcome to the newest addition of The Golden Beach House Oasis Collective.
This home is spacious and inviting which makes it the perfect place for a beach getaway! We've recently put in new flooring, carpeting throughout the house and a new granite kitchen countertop. The kitchen is fully outfitted with everything you would need to prepare all of your meals whether it be a multi-course dinner or baking some heavenly desserts. The family room is just steps away where you can hang out and enjoy each others company or watch a movie on the 55" Smart TV. There is a half-bath conveniently located on the same floor. Then head upstairs to one of the three bedrooms for some down time. The Primary Bedroom has an en-suite bathroom for privacy. There is also a 2nd bathroom for the other bedrooms to share. This home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. We provide one queen sized luxury aerobed for 2 guests (including linens and pillows) that can easily be placed upstairs or in the family room. In addition to all the home has to offer, we provide a BBQ grill (including the propane tank + a back up!) as well as access to the garage for an additional hang out spot. Our home also comes equipped with an outdoor private shower so you can easily rinse off from the beach. The Golden Beach House Oasis II is just one block from the beach, a 5 minute walk to historic Gardner's Basin, a 5-7 minute walk to the playground and one mile away from the casinos on the Boardwalk. There is something here for everyone which makes staying here so enjoyable and memorable!

Oasis II was a treasure for my family and me. Six adults and a baby enjoyed spacious, clean living with easy access to a great beach. We cooked in for the week and used the well-stocked kitchen for all meals. All of my adult children used the word, “perfect” to describe our experience here. I couldn’t agree more. This is a wonderful vacation spot where you get all the bang for your buck!

We stayed here for a couple of nights. The unit was exceptionally clean. It was bare bones with no coffee or any other items. Everything was in working condition. We also felt the neighborhood was nice and safe.

We had an amazing stay. The owner and property manager was great and prompt with reaching out. The house has plenty of street parking. And is a 8 min drive to the showboat side. Very safe area.

We had a great vacation at this home with our grown kids and little grandsons! Everything was perfect! House was clean, close to the beach and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of everything we needed for our family. Communication with the host was easy and they responded quickly! Check in was a breeze also!

The rental was very well kept and comfortable. Loved that bathing and kitchen detergents and soaps were included. We also enjoyed the area with restaurants and an aquarium in walking distance as well as the fishing dock and beach. Kris, the property host, was very helpful and her father was lovely. Nice Weekend Getaway

Cozy and cute!! Perfect location with a nice beach within a 5 minute walk, restaurants within walking distance too! The boardwalk/casinos were a 12 minute drive, plenty of parking too. The place was very clean and had all the amenities. Definitely would stay here again.

What a fantastic property!! Kris, Emma and the entire Javier Family are terrific-everything was as advertised, dealing with them is a pleasure and the place is Perfectly situated! We've been coming to Atlantic City for more than 20 years. It's been a wonderful place to spend time with family and friends. We live just a few hours up north and this has been the perfect place for a getaway. We've taken great care of this home and our children loved staying and visiting here all of the time.

Why they chose this property

This home was the perfect place for our growing family. Our location is ideal because there is something for everyone to do. If it's the beach during the day with the kids, having a lunch time bbq with friends or going to the casino for some adult entertainment, everything is conveniently minutes away! In addition, this is a great community!!!

What makes this property unique

We love the Golden Beach House Oasis II because you have access to the best of everything in Atlantic City. There are many golf courses in the area if that's your vice or shop your heart out at the outlets. You can also take surf classes at the nearby beach or rent bikes to cruise down the boardwalk. In addition, parasailing is near by as well as boat cruises leaving from Gardner's Basin. Another thing we especially love about our home is that it's the perfect place to hang out and make some great memories!
