Updated photos are needed. This place is much older than the listing says. The exterior is overgrown and not kept to the standard advertised. More details can be listed.The interior had major cleaning issues. There were wet under clothes in an upstairs hallway closet. Wet towels and such in the dryer. We found dark and curled hairs on beds and couches.The baseboard heaters were falling off the walls, broken and barely hanging on. There were dead roach carcasses just outside the back door/deck stairs.I could go on.Because we made a last minute reservation, it wasn’t refundable. However, after paying a lofty 1 night price, my family was only offered a 18% refund. I even purchased travel insurance but it couldn’t be utilized because the check-in time expired” In short…our family paid a ridiculous amount of money for this place only to get a hotel room for 5. Unreal!
