The condo is bright, spacious, and very inviting and offers a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space to help make preparing meals easy. This vacation rental also includes a dining table for four for meals or game nights and a sunlit and open living area with a flatscreen, cable TV. You'll also enjoy immediate access to the pool, shared charcoal grills, and the neighboring beach.

Perfect Spot

Love the location…central in Seagrove. Can ride bikes east towards other beaches as well as ride west to get to Seaside/Watercolor. We don’t start our car until we leave!

Nice condo in 30A

We really enjoyed our stay at Dune Villas in 7a. The condo was clean, in a good location, and had wonderful private beach access. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad and we enjoyed not having to cross the busy road to get to it. The condo has updated floors and an updated bathroom. The updates were very nice! We were bummed upon arrival to see that the bath tub was replaced with a standing shower. We had our toddler with us who doesn’t like showers. Had we known, we would’ve brought our travel mini tub with us. For the lack of updated pictures and lack of info about no longer having a tub, I gave the property a 4 stars.

Great place to stay

We enjoyed our stay here and would return in the future. Two things to note: 1) the bedroom window needs curtains. We had to hang up the extra bed sheets that were in the closet to block the light coming in the window. 2) the flooring is coming up around the entrance to the bathroom and needs to be repaired. The location is fantastic and loved how accessible the beach is.

Great location!

We enjoyed the location at Dunes Villa 7A. The check in process was super simple and my 5 year old enjoyed typing in the door code each time. Cleanness could of been a little better but it was not terrible. Did not have any sheets for couch bed but they made up for it. Would for sure stay there again!
