Steps to 30A & beach with all the comfort of home including a washer & dryer!

Dogwood Dunes is our home away from home and we hope it becomes yours! Please come relax in this newly renovated and glamorously designed condo with a washer and dryer in the unit! Dogwood Dunes sleeps six with an adjustable, king size bed in the bedroom, two XL twin bunks large enough to for an adult to comfortably sleep and a queen pull out sofa. We also provide our guests with linens including bath towels and beach towels, as well as beach equipment including a beach wagon, Tommy Bahama chairs, cooler, beach toys and more! For those interested in renting bikes to travel to Seaside, Watercolor or other nearby beaches Big Fish Bike Rentals offers all our guests a discounted rate on bikes and baby gear rentals through your stay.
For indoor entertainment, we provide our guests with YouTube TV, Disney+, Netflix, Prime Video and Hulu on both TVs. The bedroom TV also has local cable television channels. Google home is located in the den and bedroom. Just say, "Hey Google" for daily weather reports, songs, joke of the day and more! Additionally, there is a wide variety of books, DVDs and games located in the den cabinet.
Enjoy the beautifully landscaped views of Beachwood Villas property from our second story porch. Our condo is conveniently located across the street from the Beachwood Villas public beach access, meaning there is only a four minute walk between you and the beach! This affordable vacation home will not leave you wanting for more.

Great location, great property

Thanks for such a fun stay. Super clean, super convenient, we have stayed twice and each time was wonderful. Great for a couple or family with small children. Walk to the beach is quick and safe with public beach access just across 30A.

Excellent home away from home

Our stay at dogwood dunes was a very pleasant stay. Seagrove beach has a lot to offer to do. A must is to travel 30 A to see everything and visit all the beaches.

We loved the location in Seagrove Beach. It has easy beach access as well as many restaurants and shops. Communication with the host was great. We hope to stay at this property again.

Great Place!

This was the perfect spot for my family and I during our spring break trip. It was close to the beach and everything else as far as shopping and eating! Just grab some bikes! The place was clean, pools were nice, beds were comfy and my kids enjoyed playing some tennis. The host contacted me right when we got there with any questions I had. You will not be disappointed! My family and I will be back!

Perfect Girls Getaway!!

This property was perfect for my college roommate and I (plus my 7 month old) to spend a short getaway to catch up and relax! We loved the location and the property with the beach only a short walk away, and many pools right near the condo! We will definitely be back!

Great place!

This was a great condo in a great location. It had great furnishings and all the little things, such as blankets, plenty of dishes and silverware, and coffee filters. It also had plenty of trash bags, breach chairs, and a beach umbrella. The outside balcony is great with plenty of cozy furniture. I highly recommend this place. The host was also very responsive to all my questions. I will be back.

We loved staying here. Perfect location! We loved everything about it. Nicely decorated! Loved having beach towels since we forgot ours!! Also loved the beach chairs! Excellent communication with host! No complaints at all! Will definitely stay here again.

Great experience!

Everything was as stated in the description. Public beach access was limited and required getting there early. Property was lovely. Only negative was trying to drive and park in the area. Very limited parking for restaurants and shopping.

Great place but internet slow

We were pleased with the location—just about five a minute walk the other the parking lot to the beach and some simple places for food or coffee same distance. Upon checking in, we could not find linens for the pullout bed and tried to contact the owner for over an hour. She did return the call stating that she was in the shower. Brand new linens were found in a secured spot and that suffice. Literally everything else was wonderful except that while watching Netflix and using the Internet, it would pause very often. This became an issue throughout the entire week. There’s nothing that can be done about this I imagine, except trying a different service...? The owner is every kind and polite.

Condo was lovely and we enjoyed several days at the beach, riding bikes and eating at lovely nearby restaurants. Everything was just as described, the kitchen was well appointed and the beach was just a short walk across the street. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch and how quiet it was. Would highly recommend this condo!

We had a wonderful stay! The kitchen was excellent—very clean and fully equipped. All the utensils, pots, and pans were of great quality, and I had everything I needed to cook comfortably. The beds and linens were also top-notch—very comfortable and of high quality.They provided plenty of cleaning supplies, which we really appreciated. The beach access was incredibly convenient—less than a 5-minute walk from the property. The only suggestion I would make is to update the balcony furniture, but overall, everything else was fantastic. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Beach Challenge

Condo was fine. Only access to the beach is stairs and/or long ramps. This is not fun with a wagon full of beach gear. Also, this beach slopes a lot and is not good for walking.

This is second time staying at this property. Everything you need is provided. It’s the perfect spot, only a couple minutes walk from the beach. The on property amenities are great too! If you’re looking for the perfect spot, this is your place.

Quaint Condo in Santa Rosa Beach, FL

Great condo for a short trip to the beach for me and my husband. It had everything we needed and a short walk to the beach. Conveniently located near several restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend and hope to book again when we plan another trip.

My husband and I grew up visiting the Florida Panhandle and feel very blessed to now be able to call it our home away from home. We hope all of our guests feel right at home as well!
