You’re minutes from local shops and restaurants, the beach, and the Timpoochee Trail, which runs alongside 30A and is perfect for exploration by foot or bike. Start the day by sipping coffee on your shady balcony, which overlooks serene green space in the center of the complex. The boardwalks below are perfect for a morning stroll, or slip into your swimsuit and visit the complex pool for a quick dip to start the day.

Inside, you’ll find an updated, modern living space. The open floor plan fosters togetherness, and the chef will love the well-equipped kitchen. Dine together at the table for four, or pop downstairs and let someone else do the cooking for you at a local café. Spend the day on the beach, biking, or exploring the charming towns that line 30A, and return to relax in the central AC each evening. Tuck the kids into the fun bunk beds and watch a little TV in the main bedroom, or step back outside for a nightcap on the balcony, toasting your good luck at booking the perfect 30A escape.

Stay

The property was just 15 minutes from the Disney parks. Apartment was nice with balcony. Convenient. The apartment building is not next to the pool, if that is what you are looking for. It is one of the further buildings from the pool. It could use a good cleaning. Baseboards and behind doors not clean.

Great location

Right across from the beach! The public beach was filled with spring breakers around March however. But the location was great, it was about a mile from Seaside, and right next to a Tom Thumb which was convenient. Everything we needed for a little couples getaway!

Don't Rent F4 its a dirty dump

I've traveled to 60 countries been on multiple cruise ships and this was the dirtiest most run-down place I ever rented. I should not have been charged a cleaning fee I had to clean up myself on arrival. Sofa is completely broke down the throw pillows are filthy the area rug is too dirty to walk on had to roll it up and put it to the side the mattress is rotten and needs to be thrown out. Need to multiple repairs

Super cute villa, walkable to seaside downtown

I really liked this place, it was cute, comfortable. Superb location to both the beach area, and the downtown shopping and food center of seaside. The communication with the rental property was great as well. My main door was missing the deadbolt which made me feel a little uneasy as a solo traveler but thankfully a few things in the closet were used to stack in front of the door. Highly recommend this place, but definitely check about a deadbolt if you need one.
