Solid property and price for the fall. A bit excessive of booking process and check out process, but otherwise great.

It was good proximity to beach but the condo was very loud trying to sleep with upstairs vacationers. We could hear every step they made and they made a lot of them well into the night. We tried a sound machine, but didn't do much to help. The tv was impossible to see from couch or bed so useless. Cleanliness was just ok but pool was filthy (note there was a storm). Overall felt catfished. The check in process was flawless, so thank you to those for coordination.

Location is within easy walking distance to beach. You can see the water from patio. Pool was a warm/comfortable temperature for March. Hot tub was HOT and if you are like me and get to much sun on day 1, it was too hot to go in until day 4. Property was nice and they had carts to utilize for getting stuff to room on 2nd floor (elevator also). Would be great if room had umbrella and chairs but you can rent at beach. Bring your own bluetooth speaker also.

Clean room, nicely decorated but a little “tired”. Crack in popcorn ceiling, small space with no storage room for anything - had to take our luggage back to car. Listed as heated pool, but we were told by a frequent visitor it hasn’t been heated in several years. But it was clean! Dog friendly. Unit was sparse on some supplies: no liquid hand soap, hand lotion, not enough hand towels or wash clothes in bathroom. Great location, easy access to beach.
