There is A/C in every area of the house, and it´s a great place to work from home. Take advantage of high-speed internet, Apple TV, and ample office area including a desk and desk chair.

You are just minutes from the world-famous beaches of Manuel Antonio National Park, the restaurants, amenities, and services of the area, but also nearly the same distance to the Marina Pez Vela and all the services of Quepos. Walk to nearby restaurants whenever your group is hungry or to the bus stop if you'd prefer not to drive around the area yourself. The homeowner lives in an apartment downstairs that has a separate entrance and it is not visible to vacation rental guests. This property is completely private.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
