Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Zero communication from host, was unable to access the property. Contacted Vrbo and they tried to contact host multiple times. Resulted in me paying a premium to stay at a 2-star hotel (since it was last-minute) to avoid being stranded. Still trying to get my money back, but the stress and additional expense for a last-second hotel I know I won't be reimbursed for. This property should be removed from the site as it seems like a scam.
