Located beachfront on Rincon's famous Sandy Beach. Newly furnished/remodeled, and featuring all the amenities: ✓ AC throughout ✓ Fast WiFi ✓ Full kitchen ✓ Quality towels & linens ✓ Gated parking for 2 vehicles ✓ Shared beachside pool ✓ Beach chairs & cooler

The master bedroom features a traditional king size bed. The second bedroom features two twin beds that are convertible into a quasi-king. By booking here, we’ll assume you prefer two twins (separated beds) unless you write at least 48 hours prior to your arrival that you prefer a quasi-king.

In summer, our waters tend to lay flat and are good for swimming and lounging. In winter, it's all about surfing; one of Rincon's best waves is literally in our backyard. A beach with year-round calm waters is just a 6-8 minute drive.

Note that we are located on the third floor. The building is equipped with an elevator, but it is occasionally shut down for maintenance. If you are unable to use the stairs, if necessary, please do not rent this listing.

The location is perfect, right on the beach in a charming neighborhood that has breakfast, lunch, and dinner all within walking distance. This was the perfect spot for a relaxing few days at the beach.

We had a wonderful stay! Sandy Beach is the best chill beach, great for swimming, not crowded during the week. Apartment is close to restaurants and downtown Rincon. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Lovely view from balcony.

This was our second time staying in this unit in a 4 month period and we loved it! You cannot beat the location, right in the heart of sandy beach. The unit is clean and well-maintained with the best view out of any rental I’ve had in 20 years. Will def stay again!

Absolutely perfect!

Our stay in the sandy beach apartments was exceptional. This was my 5th time in Rincon and this apartment was by far the nicest place I’ve ever stayed. The place itself is beautiful and clean and the location is wonderful. Check in was easy and we had everything we needed. Will definitely be back!

Such a beautiful place!! We enjoyed how much privacy we had & how the beach was private as well. We looved our balcony and the amazing view from there. Enjoyed watching the surfers! The area over all was awesome cause you could walk everywhere so going out to dinner w/o driving was so convenient. Really cool town. Would definitely come back! 😊

This property is right on the Sandy Beach and throughout the day you’ll see surfers catching the waves. Many restaurants are within walking distance or a quick drive away. We loved Jack’s Shack for breakfast or lunch and the Shipwreck for their cheese ravioli. Overall good experience.

Really nice property. Really enjoyed our 6-night stay. Beautiful view, beautiful beach, just a few steps from the apartment to the water. Accomodations were top drawer - comfortable, clean and included almost everything we needed. Lovely, natural location. Walking distance to several restaurants/bars in neighborhood, easy drive to shopping and other restaurants/bars in Rincon. Owner very responsive. Would definitely return. Recommend highly.

Location is king with this property. The bar across the street played loud music which could be heard by the guest bedroom. They played til 10-11pm. Not a big deal, but a consideration. Overall we had a very nice 2 weeks.

Our ideal beach vacation

Perfect oceanfront location on a relatively secluded beach. Beautiful view from condo. Comfortably cozy unit with lots of natural light for family of 3. Condo's heated pool is a great complement to the beach. (Building with private beach access.) Walking distance to Jack's Java (roadside coffee&smoothie cafe), Tamboo (bar/restaurant), and Casa Island Restaurant. This was a return visit to Rincon for us (even the same condo building), and we will likely make this our yearly spring vacation destination.

Beautiful as described in perfect location. However several management company concerns. 1) We did not the detailed email on where and how to get into the place. After a long drive from SJ we had a stressful and long delay getting in. 2) The AC in main room leaked water so we turned it off. 3) The remotes for the TVs did not work.

My family loves staying in Rincon

Perfect spot for a getaway with the family. My husband and I stayed here with our two sons (1 and 7) and it was great. Two full bathrooms. Full kitchen and laundry inside the unit. Nice cold air conditioning to get out of the heat. Two smart TVs one in living room one in bedroom. Walk right downstairs to the beach (side note the beaches in Rincon are not very calm water it’s a popular surfing area so be mindful of that) Short 5-10 minute drive into town with cute local shops and restaurants. The place was clean and updated. We will definitely try to stay here again in the future.

Rinco Family surf trip

The good: Great location, beautiful view, A/C excellent, beds and bedding comfortable, towels good, washer and dryer excellent, water pressure excellent and shower hot. TV’s and WiFi excellent Areas to improve: pendant lights in kitchen need light bulbs replaced, Master bedroom and bathroom door very beat up and should be replaced. Need more ant traps around kitchenDisappointed: both bathroom ceilings need to be cleaned and painted due to moisture there is mildew all over. Safe with interior shower curtain, mildew needs to be removed.
