Sunset Paradise is a small complex of 17 units on the beach . Unit 8 is in the smaller building (#2) at the side of the complex - with a partial side view of the beach. The unit has a large balconyto sit out with your morning coffee. There is parking for two cars at the front of the unit . There is stairway access to the unit .

The complex hosts a great pool and hot tub, sun loungers by the pool deck where you can sit and relax in the sun along with a large gas BBQ - you can step from the pool area directly onto the beach - less than 100 steps from the unit and you will be on the beautiful beach , wonderful for families or couples alike. Indian Rocks Beach is a peaceful area - you are spoilt for choice with wonderful restaurants just a short walk away , Guppys , Keagans , groupers , to name a few - pop to the french bakery for fresh pastries and croissants in the morning or into the popular Grove surf cafe for a perfect breakfast spot - a short walk along the beach and you are there . You have even more to choose from a short car ride. if you are looking for more than a beach holiday then you have plenty to choose - you are nearby to Tampa - St Petersburg or Clearwater so you can visit , theme parks, shopping malls, museums and sporting events are all within easy reach. Local tennis and pickle ball courts are at IRB At the end of the day you can return back to this comfy unit to relax and sit on the beach, or BBQ your dinner by the pool to view the glorious Florida sunset .

This was a good experience-great location in a basic old school apartment. Not fancy-but right on the beach with a pool and a good value. Not having access to laundry facilities, poor WiFi reception and lack of adequate towels were a few small challenges.

Hi Sandra , thank you for your comments we will take on board for the towels as we allow towels for 6 people in the unit perhaps we should have some spares , we do have tje onsite laundry room which is in building 2 ( our building) and access code is given in the apartment. Regards Julie

The condo was such a convenient walk to access the pool and the white sand beaches. The Cafe Paris and Keegan’s grill were just a quick jaunt down the main road. We really enjoyed how everything was provided for us like beach chairs, cooler, pool noodle and boogie boards. We would highly recommend this place.

We truly felt that this spot on the beach was a taste of paradise and loved soft sandy beach right on the doorstep - we loved the view and had enjoyed many happy holidays in this area. We could not believe our luck when we had the opportunity to have a home in the sun.

What makes this property unique

This really is our home from home - we can instantly relax and forget the stress and pressure of daily life as soon as our plane touches down in Tampa - the closeness of the airport means that in 40 minutes we are on the beach watching the sunset.
