Nestled in the Auvergne volcanoes park, on the slopes of the Dora valley at an altitude of 800m facing south, this spacious cottage of 86m2 located in a small hamlet of about ten houses will generously welcome nature lovers.
Completely restored in 2024, the Félicie house located in the former stables of the mansion dating from 1849 that it adjoins, offers a breathtaking view of the valley and the surrounding nature from its dominant position.
The Félicie house is then bordered, along a garden, by three small buildings typical of an Auvergne house, namely an old smoking room, a shed and finally a bread oven which is relit and gives rise to a bread festival in the hamlet once a year during the summer.
A small waterfall on the property with benches and stone table is at your disposal, for your moments of daydreaming along the water.
The hamlet having voted to turn off the public lighting in summer, you will also be able to admire the celestial vault without any nocturnal pollution.
If you are afraid of ants, pollinators, fauna and flora in general and prefer to spend your holidays in the middle of the crowds, we are sorry but this place is really not for you!
