About this property

Large apartment - family holidays in the city center - house with its own parking space

If you escape from everyday life and want to spend your vacation in an area beautiful earned, where tourism is still highly valued, then you are very welcome in our house. Our large lawn is ideal for sunbathing and can also be used for leisurely barbecues. We ask for your rest corresponding garden furniture available.

The large apartment with 68 m2 located on the first floor and is suitable for 4 persons. The living room is equipped with a satellite TV. The bedrooms each have a double bed and two single beds. The fully equipped kitchen includes: coffee maker, kettle, toaster, oven, stove, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. In the bathroom with a bathtub and a large shower is available.

At the house is also a balcony, which represents both apartments available. From the balcony, you have a beautiful view over our garden grünbepflanzten.

For our guests is on our property a parking lot available. For the use of the car park is a deposit of 50 euros (wg. Remote control) applicable.

Eine sehr grosszuegige Wohnung mit viel Platz. Die Besitzer haben an alles gedacht..... es fehlte nichts in der Kueche und im Bad gab es unzaehlige Handtuecher.... die ganze Wohnung ist blitzsauber und Moebel, Bettwaesche und Dekor neu und frisch. Ein total angenehmer Aufenthalt in einer super Ferienwohnung!!!!!

Wunderschöne Unterkunft mit herzlichen Vermietern

Großartige Unterkunft, die ich gern weiter empfehle! Wunderschön! Sehr sehr nette Vermieter, die uns beim Auspacken geholfen haben, Tomaten aus dem eigenem Garten gebracht haben, extra für uns den Pool noch offen gelassen haben (ja, wir waren Mitte Oktober noch schwimmen :-), wir durften den schönen Garten mitbenutzen --- wirklich alles sehr herzlich. Die Wohnung war Tip-top sauber, alles wirkt frisch und neu. Ruhig gelegen - und das mitten im Lahnstein. Sehr gerne wieder :-)

Heel tevreden

Heel schoon en ruim vakantiehuis. Extra luxe door het grote bad en de keuken die helemaal compleet is, inclusief vaatwasser. De bedden lagen goed en de woning bleef bij 25° buiten ook heerlijk koel door de zonwering. Alleen de wifi werkt niet zo goed maar dat was voor ons niet zo'n probleem.

Eine schöne große Wohnung, die wir jederzeit wieder buchen würden. Inklusive Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Sehr gute Lage mit mehreren Restaurants in der Nähe.Ein besseres Preis-Leistungsverhältnis geht nicht.Familie Lutz sind sehr freundliche, symphatische Gastgeber.
