This 2100 sqft. updated townhouse in the highly desirable Champions Gate community is perfect for a Walt Disney World family vacation or a golfers retreat. This townhouse is conveniently located within 10 minutes from the Disney resort and less than 5 minutes from world class golf courses. Boasting an open-concept layout, entertaining the whole family will be a breeze, as the culinary inclined guests can whip up tasty meals in the fully equipped kitchen as the rest of the gang reminisces at the dining table or in the living area with a movie playing on the flat screen TV. Fresh air won't be hard to find with the private courtyard that backs up to a forest. Adults get to enjoy two spacious master bedroom suites, a third bedroom with a spacious queen bed for teens, and a Disney inspired bedroom with 2 twins for the little ones. There is also a pack and play style crib and high chair available as well. Property amenities inlcude a resort style pool, with jacuzzi and clubhouse with a small exercise room to work off all those extra vacation calories. Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place all used towels in a single hamper and place at the top of the stairs
Take all trash to either of the 2 dumpsters on property. DO NOT throw on the ground. Dumpster has side doors. There are cameras for any unproper disposal.
Excessively dirty conditions that require extra cleaning time, failure to remove trash and leftover food, and smoking of any type will result in extra charges from $50-$1000.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests beyond the registered amount will result in immediate removal of all guests w/o refund. No gatherings/parties.
Smoking/vaping within 50ft of home will result in guest removal. Smoke removal fee $250-$1000.Extra cleaning fee $75-$250. Trash/food removal fee $50.
Renter photo ID prior to stay. Failure will result in cancellation w/o refund. No firearms

Very nice townhome - book this one with confidence. You won't be disappointed. Excellent communication by host. This home away from home is close to all major attractions, golf courses, multiple dining options, grocery/pharmacy, shopping and is easily accessible to major highway. We loved it and hope to return!

Location of this rental is perfect, very close to all amenities. It should be noted that we stayed here as four adults for a golf trip and it was great, but there wouldn’t be much to do for kids. Clean property, very great layout and terrific location! We would stay here for a golf trip again for sure!

The townhouse perfectly suited the needs for our family of 5. Everything from motion sensor nightlights and makeup towels to curtains over the blinds for dark rooms - very thoughtful and well prepared home. Clean, spacious, lovely home. Excellent host, quiet neighborhood, location is close to amenities, no complaints at all about the house. However, the Champions Gate Clubhouse and pool/hot tub did not impress us. Game rooms contained broken or missing equipment and pool appeared full of leaves. We would definitely stay at this location again (but would not count on the pool area as a huge attraction or would enquire for more info on pool cleaning schedule and equipment for games).

Darren is an amazing host. Communication was excellent. When something needed repair he responded quickly. The house was immaculate. Clubhouse and outside pool was big, clean and very nice. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely rental property and couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The space was immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay—from extra linens and toiletries to a fully equipped kitchen. Meticulously clean

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of this house. I have been in many other VRBOs and they were clean, but this house was meticulously clean and detailed. I felt it was like staying at a hotel adding some items they really didn't have to include to make our stay more pleasant. Nice touch! We stayed right after the hurricane, even so, the back porch was free of debris. Darren the owner was extremely responsive, attentive and reasonable. For example, he was accommodating since we had a schedule change because of the hurricane. There were other adjustments he made as well to make our vacation pleasurable. My son and I would love to come back again. Thanks Darren.

My family and I took a trip to Orlando this past weekend. I booked the property 2 months prior. First, the host was easy to communicate with. Second, we walked in and my family noticed immediately how well maintained and clean the property was. Third, it was decorated nicely. Fourth, the property is beautiful. Check-in and gate access was a breeze. We didn't have to print parking passes and sit in a long line to be checked every time we left the property. My family and I believe you should be comfortable on vacation. Cleanliness is very important to us. This property didn't disappoint. I really appreciate the reminders posted around the house about checkout. We tried to make sure the property was left as close as possible the way we found it. In conclusion, we recommend this property and enjoyed our stay.
