Could use more than one garbage bag for 6 people for a weeks stay. When we arrived there were a lot of dead bugs on the floor. It’s a perfect location! Close to stores and places to eat! The owner is very efficient at communicating!

Thank you for your feedback. We had just completed a professional pest control treatment prior to your arrival as part of our proactive efforts to keep the home clean and pest-free for our guests. Occasionally after treatment, activity can temporarily increase as the treatment takes effect, which is actually a sign that it’s working. We appreciate you letting us know and are glad we were able to address it quickly for the next guest. We’re proud of our exceptional staff and the care we put into maintaining the property.

new property listing in small town Florida

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The owners have maximized the number of persons who could sleep here (although there were only two of us), and the furnishings are new and attractive. We were here for the Thanksgiving week since we were visiting family closeby.

Family stay in Beverly Hills

Nice home overall with all accommodations we needed to host our family of 5. Host was great to work with. Home did have some cleanliness challenges with an old ants nest in the master bedroom, and a towel that appeared blood-stained in a bathroom.

Great house

This house worked well for us. We had 8 adults stay and bedrooms worked well. We had plenty of room to sit and talk. We only made breakfast there, so that worked well. A bowl to scramble some eggs would be nice.

Sibling Gathering for Dad’s 90th

Property was exactly what we needed. Plenty of beds and baths. Living space was welcoming, comfortable and perfect for hanging out with family. Perfect gathering spot for siblings that live far apart. Spent downtime hours gathered around the dining table. Central location made for easy access to major roads and amenities.

February stay

Overall, our stay was ok. The property is definitely not luxurious as promoted. There are some nice updates in kitchen and bath. The beds/pillows/towels were as expected. Comfortable and cozy. I did enjoy the new and pleasant deck. Very nice for hanging out or having a meal on a nice day. I've shared suggestions with the owner for kitchen utensils/equipment. Hopefully, they improve what's there now.

Reunion

Positives: The beds were very nice, this property can truly sleep 11-12 folks. There a 5 appropriately sized screens. Appliances were all fairly new and in great working order. Negatives: no wi-fi service (apparently an admin mistake), ants invaded a couple bedrooms and bathrooms. Concerns: some items were low quality: towels, cookware, cleaning items

Thank you for your feedback! We're glad you found the beds comfortable and the space ample for your group. We sincerely apologize for the internet issue; a provider change caused a delay in equipment delivery during your stay. We promptly informed you and provided a $100 credit for the inconvenience. Regarding the ants, we’ve already addressed the issue, though their persistence can sometimes be beyond our control. Your input helps us improve, and we appreciate your understanding. Have a wonderful day!
