The property features a large swimming pool, covered parking, BBQ grills, and seating on the seaside deck. Each condo has a washer and dryer located inside the unit. South Point is only minutes away from the historic Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, waterfront restaurants, Marine Science Center , Fishing Fleet and Nature walks. South Point is a weekly rental building.

South Point pool and beach access are open. Booking will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking date or next business day by the owner's property management company.

We're in the place because grandma's was down the street Which works great because we use the extra kitchen to cook for Thanksgiving very nice Plenty of room To cook in the kitchen with a view of the ocean.
